Anwesha is a brilliant singer. It's not possible for everyone to sing their best every time but for her the background is already set. The rest is making minor adjustments which will come with experience. I heard one Tamil song she sang and loved it.

Next comes Sreeram. He has a solid base as well and he can sing every type of song which is to his strength. Needs to iron out a few things. I think he prefers to be subtle when singing emotional songs letting the notes take care of themselves but that doesn't always work. A little more effort is needed.

Akanksha: Still a long way to go- needs quite a bit of training but what I like about her is that she has poise while singing and that'll take her a long way. She breaks down the song note-by note and sings each note with emphasis. Still not quite in the category of the others.

Irfan: Well I find it very hard to place him as this is the first time I have seen him in a show. Very solid especially in his genre, sings with emotions, consistent which is a huge strength. But out of genre in this show his limitations have been somewhat clear. Still will never trust what goes on in this show so will need more viewing to decide.

Ideal top 3 should be Anwesha, Sreeram and Irfan. I suspect it will be Irfan who will be booted out. I thought it might be one of Sreeram/Irfan who will get the sack.
