August 12th Update

After Prem puts his hand over Rimjhims hands in the restaurant, she
fiercely snatches it away and looks at him straight in the eye and
says with full conviction 'maybe you didnt take me seriously when i
told you where it is we stand!'. She tells him that she respects him
and that is all. She gets up and says that she has no mood to go
home with him anymore but she cant go home alone so she will wait in
the car and she leaves. Prems friend Chotu comes running along and
says 'i'll straighten her out'. Prem slaps him across the face and
says 'you will not say a word to her'.

Avinash is lingering around the hallway late at night looking at his
watch, Malini comes out and asks him what hes doing, he
says 'nothing'. She asks him to have dinner as its getting late, hes
says that he will wait for Rimjhim and Prem and have dinner with
them. Malini is not impressed.

Prem and Rimjhim arrive home, Prem apologizes for his behaviour to
Rimjhim. He goes off and Rimjhim goes to the dining room where
Yashoda is up late feeding her son Soham. Rimjhim is visibly upset.
Durga and Malini are peeking from behind a glass door. Yashoda asks
Rimjhim why shes come home late and what happened. Rimjhim says that
Prem got excited whilst talking and touched her hand. Yashoda is
shocked and tells Rimjhim that she is never to go out with him
again. Rimjhim looks alittle confused as she thinks she may have
overeacted with Prem.

Durga and Malini go to the garden and Durga tells Malini that it
looks like her work is cut out for her, as this Prem has started
to 'prem' (love) Rimjhim. Malini is happy with the situation.

Its breakfast time, and Rakesh is the first at the table. He asks
whats for breakfast, Malini says that its Prems favourite food,
mooli paratha. Avinash is on the sofa. Yashoda and Rimjhim are
setting the table. Rimjhim goes to Avinash and asks him to sit down
to breakfast. Prem comes in the room and says 'hi', Rimjhim and
Avinash are both alittle uneasy. Prem sits down to breakfast and
tells Rakesh about his 7 million dollar deal and his day out with
Rimjhim, he adds that Rimjhim and this family are proving good luck
to him. Avinash is getting more and more agitated with Prems
presense and finally Avinash charges off. Rimjhim follows him.
Malini is again not impressed.

Rimjhim tells Avinash that she didnt want to go out with Prem last
night but Iravati made her go! Avinash turns around and changes his
upset face to a sad brave face to tell Rimjhim that 'its okay, i
didnt ask you anything'. Avinash smiles and says 'who am i to ask
you anyway' (hum apke hain koun). (awww). Avinash charges off.
Malini comes over to Rimjhim and asks her how her night with Prem
went? Rimjhim is not happy.

Malini goes to see Avinash in their bedroom. She tells him that
maybe Iravati is speeding up Prem and Rimjhims relationship and that
maybe Prem and Rimjhim should get to know each other better. Avinash
doesnt really want to talk about it. Avinash gets a call from
Pratapji to come to his house immediately to talk to the government
tourism chief. Avinash puts his shoes n socks on and runs off.
Malini tells Avinash to talk to Iravati to slow down whats happening
between Prem and Rimjhim. Avinash is not a happy bunny lol.

Avinash is leaving to see Pratapji and he sees Megha playing by
herself. He asks Megha why she hasnt gone school yet, Megha says
that bari-ma (Rimjhim) hasnt taken her. Avinash says he'l take her
to school. They go to the front of the house and Avinash sees Prem
and Rimjhim standing together far away. Prem is apologising to
Rimjhim for his behaviour last night and says he will leave the
house. Rimjhim forgives him and says that maybe she overeacted. They
agree to be friends and smile. Avinash says to Megha 'not this way'
and goes out the house in another direction. Babuji sees Prem and
Rimjhim from afar and he is looking alittle upset as he sees them
getting along. Malini comes over and tells Babuji that it looks life
Rimjhim is moving on with her life.

Kaveri is at Pratapjis house, shes given him her resignation. He
asks her why shes resigning. She tells him that she doesnt care
about her post in the government, just so long as Pratik isnt hurt
by thugs. Pratapji puts his arm around her and tells her that as
long as hes there, no one will touch Pratik. Kaveri is crying. They
sit down with Pratapjis arm still wrapped around Kaveri. Avinash
arrives at Pratapjis house and he takes his arm off Kaveri. Avinash
comes in and sees delightedly sees Kaveri there too. Pratapji tells
Avinash that 4 hotels have been approved by the minister to be given
to Avinash only. Avinash says he will think about it. Pratapji tells
him not worry about finance problems. Avinash still needs time to
reconsider the offer. Kaveri tells Avinash to go for it and take the
offer.

Dayashanker (the corrupt union leader who has been bribed by Mr
Agarwal) stops Pratiks car. Dayashanker and fellow thugs tell Pratik
to stop butting his head into matters that are ONLY between the
workers union and Mr Agarwal. Pratik is adamant about fighting for
the workers rights and will not give in to the corrupt union leader.
The union leader grabs Pratik by the collar and tells him that he
will make him understand by breaking his legs.

i am way behind on piya ka ghar, exmplain the whole malani angle to me, so malani is Avinash's wife, are Rhimjim and him divorced?

No so in a sense its an illegal marriage between Malini and Avinash. If your in Canada (which I am) Rimjhim is about to get kidnapped in the next episode. In India, Rimjhim knows that Malini is bad and there is a tussle in between the two to get Avinash. Although the family has found a good groom for Rimjhim so that she can do a second marriage (which is also illegal-lolz) to Prem who is actually a thug (goonda). Rimjhim and Yashoda create a plan to make sure Malini marries Prem instead of Rimjhim.
