The epi begins with the police officer telling everyone what happened and then Malti tells Pashu that this is why she made him give the vow. She tells him I knew you wouldn't be able to fulfil your vow
she goes on to talk about his anger, he tries to explain and she says she doesn't want to hear anything. That he promised that whatever happened, he'd take any job and keep it. Pashu tells her that this is why he took a job of a watchman. She looks away in disgust.
Pashu tells her that this time it wasn't his fault. This time it wasn't the fault of his anger. She counteracts by saying that you always say this. Every time you say that someone else is the one to blame. She asks him how long will you blame everyone else? She asks him why doesn't he accept that his anger is his biggest enemy. No one else.
Pashu tries to say his piece, but Malti suffers from some pain and everyone panics.
Toasty tells her not to get upset because her health can deteriorate. She asks her what it matters to anyone if her health deteriorates, whilst looking at Pashu.
She says everyone is doing something whilst everyone is suffering. Malti says what does it matter to Pashu?
Pashu tells her to be quiet. That's the problem with you women. You don't wait for an answer, you just start talking and don't stop to listen! (I have to agree with this point! Even though I am one! 😆 )
Malti says she doesn't need to ask anything. And this isn't the first time something like this has happened. That she left the house last time because of his anger. Ved left for the same reason and even Prachin left because of it.
Malti reminds him that his job has gone and but his anger remains. She asks him when his anger will subdue. When someone of us dies? (Pashu is in shock by what she said) and Toasty asks her what she's saying. She tells Toasty to let her speak.
She goes on to say that if our child is born and asks where my dad is. What will I say? That he's in jail?
Malti then says that it's better that our child is never born and Pashu goes to hit her when Toasty stops him. Everyone is in shock.
And obviously Shobha madam can't help herself so she says is this all that is left to see? He raised his hand when Malti is pregnant and everyone is just watching and says that Malti won't stay there anymore. At that point Malti disappears from the scene.
Chedi finishes off for them and says this is what Malti meant. You don't realise what's going on when you get angry. What was the need to raise your hand?
Tej defends Pashu and says he was wrong to raise his hand on Malti, but he wasn't to blame for going to jail or losing his job.
DadaJi finally speaks and says that he raised his hand so he has to do something.
Pashu hears Malti's words in his head as he walks off slowly.
Toasty goes to talk to Malti but Shobha shuts the door on her!
Malti cries as Toasty pleads with her to open the door.
Pashu is shown outside to be crying L. He says God knows that he wouldn't hurt Malti.
Toasty is outside Malti's room, trying to get her to open the door. The door opens and Toasty sees Malti has packed her bags.
She tries to plead with her not to leave but Shobha drags her off. Everyone is in shock to see Malti has packed her bags to leave.
Ved asks what she's doing. Leaving them all? Nitika tries to get her to listen to Pashu. Shobha tells them that there's nothing to hear, he raised his hand on her daughter in front of her, not even thinking that she's 8 months pregnant.
Tej tells her that they know Pashu is in the wrong. Shobha interrupts him and says but you'll still support him. He's your brother. Malti is her only child and she doesn't want her grandchild to be born in a home where a man raises his hand on a woman.
She goes on to tell him that Ved, Prachin and you knew that Pashu had been arrested but you didn't say anything. Toasty defends them and tells her that it's not Pashu's fault. PitaJi is about to speak when Shobha tells them that her daughter isn't an orphan, she can take care of her daughter and grandchild.
DadaJi stops her and begs her. Toasty tells Malti to speak. She reminds her how much Pashu and everyone love her.
Shobha yells that Malti wont say anything. And tells Malti that if she says anything then she'll see her mother's corpse in front of her.
Gyaan tries to stop them but Shobha takes Malti from there.
Part 2. Gyaan tells Pashu to stop Malti from leaving. Gyaan cries for her not to leave but Shobha drags her off. Pashu tries to speak but she goes.
Pashu has a panic attack and collapses. Gyaan yells for Tej to come outside and see what has happened to Pashu.
The next scene is at the hospital. All four brothers and Chedi are with Pashu as his gurney is being pushed through the corridor while he mutters Malti's name to himself.
Chedi begs the doctor to save her son and the doctor tells them not to create a crowd and to sit down outside the I.C.C.U.
Ved and Gyaan are praying as the other brothers and Chedi keep peeping at the door to find out what's going on.
Toasty runs down the corridor to ask Tej what's going on and he tells them that they are waiting.
The doctor finally comes out and Tej asks him what has happened. He tells them that he can't say anything yet. Only one person can meet him but can't talk to him much.
Toasty offers to go and see Pashu.
Tej says Pashu will be okay, right? Ved asks the same. He says he can't give them false hopes. He's in a critical condition. That he may have to have angioplasty. It may just be a panic attack. Once they have the reports, they'll know what to do.
He tells them to give the money to reception and Tej asks how much. The doctor tells them that he doesn't know the exact figure but give 3 lakh for now.
They are all in shock, as they look to eachother while the doctor walks off.
Chedi walks off a little and wonders how they are going to give the money.
Last part begins with Toasty with Pashu. With the oxygen mask, he tries to talk to Toasty and ask her to bring Malti to see him, which she assures that she will. He tells her that he wants to ask for forgiveness and she tells him not to. She tells him that she will bring him. Promise and she says promise.
Toasty thinks to herself, how is she going to bring Malti.
Shobha and Malti walk into a room (looks like a hotel) she says she knows exactly what they are like. Malti gets a call and Shobha takes the phone and ends the call when she sees Toasty's name.
Toasty redials and Shobha ends it again and decides to end it. She says she's going to turn the phone off completely.
She begins to badmouth Toasty and say that she is not phoning for Malti, she is only phoning to show the other family members how much of a great daughter in law she is. Shobha says that she knew everything but didn't tell us. She just wants to keep the men in her hands.
Shobha tells Malti that she's innocent. She won't understand their games. She says that she just needs to stay away from them all and hands her a glass of water. She also says that she won't go anywhere until her child is born. And especially not in that house.
The last scene is in the hospital corridor where Nitika says that they'll have to apply for a loan at the bank tomorrow. Ved says that he spoken to his friends and they will give what they can.
Tej tells them to leave it, he'll ask from his office but Ved says it's not a small amount. And his job is new.
Tej says he is right but Mr. Patel is a good man. And he's sure he'll understand. Ved says everyone needs to do their best.
Chedi leaves from there, thinking as Toasty arrives.
Tej asks if she has spoken to Malti. Toasty doesn't speak so Tej guesses and says that she didn't answer the phone.
Nitika says how is she meant to, she's hurt. Toasty says they don't even know where she is. Toasty said if she knew where she is, she'd go and get her home.
Nitika says there's no point. She won't listen. That she'll think they are with Pashu.
Tej agrees with her but Ved says they need to do something.
Toasty has thought of something. She says there's one man. Tej asks who, Toasty says the building where Toasty worked, the secretary.
Toasty says if she can get him to talk to Malti and explain the situation. Nitika says he is the one who sent Pashu to jail. Toasty says he might not, but they have to try.
Precap: Mr. Patel has given Tej some money for Pashu's treatment. Tej thanks him and he says go and get your brother treated.
