DNA : HR asks farhan to direct krish, HR responds

After months of hectic shooting for his home production, Krrish 3 (sequel to 2006's Krrish) inHyderabad, actor Hrithik Roshantook some time off to take his family for a brief holiday. But on his return, the actor apparently seems pre-occupied with the film again.

A source informs us, "Yes, Hrithikhas been occupied with Krrish 3. It seems he is not too happy with the climax of the film and wants to change it. So, right now he is busy trying to figure out what can be done to resolve the problem. The film has been directed by Hrithik's father,Rakesh Roshan. Hrithik had a chat with his father and after much discussion they decided to have somebody else on board to reshoot a portion of the climax. "

The source further adds, "Hrithik has now approached his buddy Farhan. They are childhood friends and have also worked together in 2004, whenFarhan directed him in the film Lakshya. In fact, more recently they shared the screen space in Farhan's sister, Zoya Akhtar's films ' Luck By Chanceand Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Such is their camaraderie that it but seemed natural forHrithik to turn to his filmmaker buddy to help tweak the climax to make it more gripping and interesting.So, if all goes well Farhan will step in to help the Roshans with his creative inputs."

There have been instances in the past too, when filmmaker friends have stepped in to direct a scene or two in a film. Actor Shah Rukh Khan had apparently roped in buddy, filmmaker Karan Johar to direct an emotional scene in his superhero film Ra.One, whose director was Anubhav Sinha.
