Unfair for the Kolkata Team

Hi Everyone,

Don't you think its going unfair for the Kolkata team while organising the wedding? I mean, since this team has been helping out the family so much with food, decorations, clothing, music, transportation etc. that for small things like cow dung and other necessities for prayer, the family should atleast arrange for it themselves.

You are very correct. When I saw that...to me it feels like the family is treating them as servents not as wedding organizers.

Manishji,U and ur team are doing a wonderful job in Kolkata.Sorry to say,the wedding team U have got is really disappointing in the sense,they behave so badly.No decency.They ask for all kind of small things from you guys.They don't show any respect.Why did zee choose such a couple.

Hi Manish.Welcome to the forum. Its nice to know that the contestants are also visiting and we get to actuallyhear the real views as although this is a reality show there are lot of things that happen behind the scenes that are not telecasted to the viewers.

I think you guys did a great job. This task was not a good one in my opinion. Weddings are a very personal and people have a lot of hopes pinned on their weddings. When you tell them that someone is going to help them and its going to be relayed live i am sure the expectations and demands changes with that. Expecting you guys to know what their rituals are and to be present to ensure that you know the right things are done was asking too much of your team. Also the requirements somehow kept changing or they wanted things to be better was too much.

why zee picked up was probably because they wanted to test us in a precarious situation. anyways but it happened so that the groom and his sister were trying to be on TV on their own without taking the bride side into confidence, and they also shifted the date by two days, that really angered the other side, what was bad about them was, that they were expecting that we shall assist them with money which were totally out of bounds for us. The bride side were really good and really supportive after initial hiccups.

Thnaks Manish for telling us more abt the situation.One thing I was confused was is Zee sharing the wedding expenses or who exactly is supposed to bear the cost? were U guys given certain sum of money to conduct the wedding.Could you pls tell us about it.
