How is Siddhanth's surname Kapoor?

In today's episode, they showed Siddhanth's surname as Kapoor in the court. That means, he is son of Mr. Kapoor and not Jayesh Karekar. But Niharika entered Mr. Kapoor's life 20 years ago. So Siddhanth can't be more than 20 years old. But he is definitely atleast 28-30 years old. How is it possible?

Well for such qs there is a querry thread kindly place it dre. Amarnath adopted them, u remeber nikki used to say kapoor industry kapoor hi chala sakta ha n sid urnt one. Mods pls merge in help desk query answered
