the captain makes the final call so if he's not satisfied with the music director's work he can ask him to improve/ or find someone better. 😉 songs make it because the director is satisfied with his music director's work >> he did what was asked of him so it's the captain's responsibility from now on. 😛 music taste is another factor .. what he likes is not what we like.😊 i agree but as a director he should know what we like coz he making the movie / songs for us, no?? 😛 he makes the final call so he takes the final blame!!😆

music is one of the factors which makes a movie hit

so directors have to conc. on tis aspect

Nice topic!!

Directors not just need to have a good sense of music but also a good sense of timing of the songs in the movies!!!
I have seen tollywood movies when the in the second half the screens are in serious, and then suddenly pops up a Mass song with the heroine!!!😲👎🏼 Tottally irritating!!!
