Hi everyone,

I found an article for which Star Plus's Head of Fiction Programming was interviewed. She spoke about many SP shows, but I've just included what she said about DABH here:

In conversation with Suzana Ghai, Head of Fiction -Programming, Star Plus

Suzana also informed us that the number one rated GEC show Diya Aur Baati Hum (Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt Ltd) will also head for the next big leap in the story wherein the lead girl Sandhya (Deepika Singh) becomes an IPS officer which is the main crux of the story.

thanks for sharing...first they need the education track rolling - once they have her back in IPS training - they can leap (i think it would be needed at that point)... so that means we're finally headed this way...

A leap? Not too soon...don't want it to be like suryavamsam where the lead becomes a collector in 5 minutes...instead I would like to see more on how suraj helps her in achieving her dream.

Good news..😊 Wow..Sandhya will become 'IPS Officer Sandhya Sooraj Rathi'...so soon?????I mean how...when..urghh..so many questions rising in my head...!!!!!!!I thought that this main track will take a lot of time to showcase..as the couple would have to face many difficulties..specially our lead hero-Sooraj Rathi..!!!!And with that as it is the THEME of this serial (alongside Sooraj-Sandhya's LOVE) & this article says that she will SOON become IPS Officer,so will the serial end after showing this????😲 Those Joru Ka Gulaam or Sachcha Jeevansaathi controversy will also arise during making her IPS Officer (according to the THEME)..which will surely take a lot of time..and then the Rathi family..mainly Bhabo...!!!How come all these happen SOON??And what about Sooraj's dream..(those which he dreams all the time..having a small Grihasti which he expressed during their disastrous Suhaag Raat)?? In short,what will happen to our DBC party?????😕 But whatever happens,i really don't want the No.1 serial of Indian Television to end quickly..because if all these happens now soon,nothing will be left!!!!!!!Hmmm...Confused a bit😕 😕 "Diya Aur Baati Hum" is just unpredictable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
