Just saw the episode an interesting one indeed. I love court katcheri, whodunit, Perry Mason diraama. Today K's lawyer made Abhi look like a lemon lawyerwa.

What was Abhi thinking? He saw the report and it clearly stated COD was strangulation. He shares it with Shamu who's shifting like he might shudder a bit. Tam's sweating bullets and shifting in his seat. Abhi gives him a strange look when he starts to ask questions..."will K be freed if the objects used in crime are not found"? A fair question but Abhi was watching Tam for a few minutes as he continues to speak without tipping his criminal hand to Shamu or the lawyer. Abhi is hell bent on nailing K...what's his beef with K and the Takurs? Abhi gives Tam a strange look as he rambles on. Who gave this dude his law license? 😡 Innocent until proven guilty is not the way he practices law, he's as thirsty to nail K as Tam.

KN is behaving like a responsible head of the household and wants to know if reports are in. Yes they are, and Prats tells him... to stay home and watch over SS while she meets with K's lawyer. In the cell, Kriya console and draw strength from each other.

Lawyer gets K's version of the events on the day of the crime. K says he saw Adarsh lying on the floor and grabbed the pole out. Lawyer is confident that the report findings will help K.

Order, order...judge presiding and Abhi has the burden to prove K is the killer. He presents his opening statement before the judge. He averts the report's finding and launches into a speech on the Takurs and their criminal lives... points to SS, KN with a criminal record and even how K forcibly married Prats etc. The case is clear as water, he said, that it's K who in his rage went after Adarsh and killed him. What a passionate speech😛, only problem it didnt' address the evidence of the case.

K's lawyer took a couple of shots at Abhi and said rather than look at the evidence opposing counsel was talking Takur family story👏. He pointed that Prats is standing by K today and they lub each other. He reminds the court there have never been a conviction against K in the past and doesn't automatically make him a criminal.

He addressed the case on hand. It's true K stormed out with a gun after he saw his sister had been battered and thrown out by Adarsh after he brutally beat her. Any bro would get angry. But if K took a gun with the intention to shoot Adarsh why didn't he use it?👏 The report finds Adarsh was strangled to death. Arusia's looking conphused😔Shamu's eyes are shifting🤔 and he looks like he's on the verge of vibration. Tam is chewing his nails nervously. Komal is looking confused😕, maybe even doubtful for a moment. Are there doubts creeping into their minds now? If it doesn't they are just prejudiced lot wanting to convict K.

Abhi acted like a fruitcake lawyer with no leg to stand on. His response to K's lawyer's statement to the court was rather odd. What evidence does he have that he's so sure he can convict K? 😕

Arusia questions Tam about a new key tag he purchased when she can't locate his keys. When Adarsh was run over by Jai Mathur it was his bracelet that gave it away, will Tam's keyfob raise doubts in Arusia's mind?

The Saxes have preached about "Sachchai ka saat dena" all their lives. Let's see if they really want to know the truth or just want to find a scapegoat to hang out to dry in K. Too soon to put in that order for five orders of jumbo humble pies for each adult in GH (and a special one for Abhi) after Tam is carted off to his final destination. Mostly likely by the end of this week or sometime next week seems more like it.

Your thoughts on court katcheri today!🤗

Great Post.👏

Liked K's lawyer today and when he said that if K wanted to kill Adarsh he would have used the gun that he took from the house such a valid point.

Good post, Mera, you've nailed it.
ASY didn't come across as a very professional lawyer at all today, considering KP's lawyer had recommende him initially.

Game one to K's lawyerwa. Abhi was so weak ...full of sound and fury signifying nothing.😕 He was so off track and the trial hasn't even begun yet. It's just the hearing to get K out on bail after reports came in.😕

Why did Abhi fudge the story before the judge by saying the evidence points to K as the killer. He knows the strangulation killed Adarsh yet he was bent on misrepresenting the facts of the case. He was cutting it too close to the edge here. Or was his behavior intentional? Besides publicly humiliating K by announcing the Takur men as a criminal lot what purpose did it serve to drag the Takur family and K's history in jail before the judge? Getting arrested doesn't mean a conviction as K's lawyer pointed out.

Question is did Abhi know K would get bail and was just biding his time to come up with another strategy to nail him for the crime? He's busy pointing a finger at the Takurs... but does he uphold the law at all costs or does he cut corners and make deals once in a while? Is he an ethical practitioner of law who would do the right thing and deliver Tam on an aluminum platter🤪 before the judge if it means it exonerates K as the killer? The way he handles this case will shed some light on how his character has been sketched.

Abhi was sizing upTam with his strange look at the house that unsettled Tam. Was he on to Tam based on his questions. Any seasoned veteran lawyerwa can read more into the questions posed than a novice like Tam can comprehend. Tam is going to trip up very soon while attempting to cover his tracks in desperation.😕

If Tam is supposedly educated and has followed the news and read a few newspapers over the years how come he didn't know that sticking a rod into Adarsh wouldn't change the facts and forensic evidence is very advanced these days and can give details that could nail the killer from many angles..

What happened to that original key chain? Was that the chain Tam was searching for at the scene of the crime or was it a different piece of evidence?

Chandu needs to get back and add his two cents worth about Tam's phone call, the way Tam set K up to take the fall for the crime.

I watch CSI and Law n Order episodes a lot. I am sure the forensic evidences would show finger prints on the skin as well if not on the rod.

Welcome to MKA P forum. I'm seeing you here for the first time. I thought about the finger prints too but since I didn't watch that episode so didn't address it (no pun intended...some here refer to Adarsh as address😲😊).

Tam/Adarsh struggle would leave some of Tam's finger prints besides the neck. What about Tam's shoe prints? Did he really erase all evidence that well? I mentioned earlier that there would have been streak marks from pulling the wire intensely even for a few minutes. It's not like he was wearing thick rubber gloves, even then there will be some evidence of stress on his hands. Didn't anyone in the family see it, esp. when he was eating?

It's like Samar did the other day when Prats was playing hide and seek and he shouted out "I'm not hiding behind the furniture". Tam's questions and urgency in volunteering theories and bits of information should raise questions if not red flags in the minds of GH residents. Komal is understandable but the rest of them are hell bent on nailing K's hide to the wall and hang him for he has never measured up to their sanskari, pade-likhe standards.

Will the revelation that an educated son of a friend that they embraced wholly is a cold-blooded killer going to wake the GH folks to their prejudiced and jaundiced eye about unpud people?

Komal took years to learn and write and just when she wanted to spring a surprise on Adarsh, he sprung one on her. They have lived with an unpud Komal for years and accepted her "gawar" behavior yet at the first sign of trouble it's always pin the blame on K. They never have and never will accept him fully. Even if Shamu apologizes to K it will be with a grudging resignation.
