Part 2:

Next morning Aarti was sitting quietly on the dining table waiting for her breakfast. She was still upset with the happenings of the last day even after lots of pacifying by her favourite Kinjal Di. But it seems that at the end Aarti's mind just comes into one conclusion nd it was that Yash has betrayed her. Ok it was not like she had some kind of trust on him but least she expected him to understand her but he failed in it too nd as a result she was in cranky mood since the tym Scindia's had left. Paridhi is sitting next to her nd noticed that Aarti is lost in her own thoughts. She knows it very well that Aarti is hell angry on her as she has given her no. to Yash nd even told him her class timings but she knew her Di very well. She knows that no matter what Aarti can't remain angry for her long. Sooner or later she'll give up in front of her baby face. But right now Paridhi don't even have this courage to talk to her seeing her mood. Talking to her at this moment will be as equal to as entering a Lion's den doing Bhangra; she thought nd chuckled at her own stupid idiom. Finally after gathering some courage she decided to talk to her.

"Wat happen Di? Why you are so quite today? Lost in Jiju's thoughts." Paridhi said nd instantly bits her tongue cursing her big mouth as she saw Aarti's angry glare.

"Paridhi u better dnt dare to talk to me rite now if you want to reach your college alive. And By d way y u r calling him Jiju?" Aarti asked while knotting her brows nd Pari gulped down her saliva.

"Y? He's your future husband so in that case I'll be her sister-in-law so ultimately he'll become my Jiju only Na." Paridhi said while making the world's most innocent face nd Aarti just rolled over her eyes.

"Paridhi enough of your nonsense! Waise bhi I m not talking to you." Aarti said while picking up the juice from the table.

"Dats wat I want to knw Di. Y?"

"Y? Don't u knw anything?" Aarti said sarcastically to which Paridhi nodded her head in No.

"y did u gave him my no.?" Aarti asked finally coming to the point.

"Ab itne pyar se request rahe the. How could I refuse?" Paridhi said as a matter of fact

[Now he was insisting so much. How could I refuse?]

"oh really! To apna no. dena tha na. Why have you given mine?" Aarti asked as she was irritated with what Paridhi had done.

[O really! Den you should have given yours. Why have you given mine?]

"Ae lo.. Di he's marrying u not me." Paridhi explained her elder sister as if she was a teacher nd Aarti is her student.

"Oh! Thanx for telling me that. I didn't know that." Aarti said sarcastically while Paridhi just giggled.

"And about my classes' timings?" Aarti asked nd Pari choked with the juice she was having.

"wo di he wanted to meet you Na nd you know arranging meetings for two love birds is my Fav. Hobby." Paridhi said smiling cheekily only to irritate Aarti further.

"Shut up Paridhi!" Aarti roared in anger nd Pari instantly shuts her mouth.

"Di take a chill pill now! He's only going to meet you nd not kidnapping u" Paridhi tried to cool her angry sister but Aarti just looked other way.

"Acha Baba I m sorry. Ab to kaan bhi pakad liye. Pls Maan jao." Paridhi said as she makes an innocent face while holding her ears nd it was enough for Aarti to melt instantly.

"you r really very bad. U knw dat I can't remain angry from u long. Datsy u do all dis. Maa is rite I had spoiled u a lot." Aarti said as she whacked Pari playfully to which she just hugged her.

"Oh Di! You are sweetest Sis in dis world. By d way where r u going to meet Jiju….. Sorry Yash today." Pari instantly corrected herself as she noticed Aarti's angry glare on the mention of 'Jiju'

"At coffee shop near our college." Aarti said slowly

"Wow! Can I also come?" Paridhi asked excitedly

"U better concentrate on ur studies rather concentrating on mine nd Mr. Scindia's meeting. Ur exams are on Ur head." Aarti chided her baby sister who was so much interested to know about their meeting

"Ok fine. But next time I'll definitely accompany u." Paridhi said in a resigning tone knowing that she can't argue with her elder sister much

"Next time aayega tab Na." Aarti thought to herself as her mind had already started to formulate a plan on how to make Yash Scindia reject her

"U said something?" Paridhi asked confusingly nd that's wen Aarti realized that she said it too loud

"Huh... No Nothing. C'mon have Ur breakfast fast. I'll drop u to Ur College before I go to mine." Aarti said hurriedly to avoid any other questions from her to which Paridhi just nodded nd started having her breakfast while Aarti just sighed in relief.

Here Yash nd Prateek are also having dere Breakfast nd discussing about Aarti. Actually to say it was Yash who was continuously talking about Aarti while Prateek just listening to him quietly. He was listening Aarti's praises from Yash since the tym they came from Aarti's home. Yash was continuously telling him how Aarti is a responsible girl nd different from the other girls who don't want to get married because she wants to support her family. Prateek was totally surprised to hear so much praises of Aarti from Yash's mouth as till now he haven't heard even a girl's name from Yash's mouth till date den forget about her praising nd here he's going all ga ga over Aarti which was not the thing to be ignored.

"So the great Yash Scindia is going for his First Date ever" Prateek said out of blue interrupting Yash's talks.

"It's not a Date Prateek." Yash said casually while sipping his juice.

"Ofcourse it is. Dis is d first time wen u r going out wid a girl. So wat would u call it? Date only na." Prateek said as a matter of fact to which Yash just rolled over his eyes.

"Nothing, Its called Nothing. I just need to clarify few things to her. That's it." Yash said stressing on each nd every word to make Prateek understand.

"O ya! Dude u can't hide from me I m experienced then you." Prateek said while raising his invisible collar.

"ya I knw about the times wen you nd Prachi use to go around" Yash said nd instantly stopped as he remind of something seeing Prateek getting stiffened.

"Sorry yaar, dnt want to hurt u. it's just slipped from my mouth." Yash said as he realizes that he had hit the painful nerve of his friend.

"It's ok Dude. I dnt mind. She's Happy in her Married life now nd m happy in mine. So chapter closed." Prateek said being serious but Yash knows the hidden pain behind those words.

"But u really loved her. Don't u?"

"Ofcourse more den myself. But wat can I do if destiny doesn't wanted us to be together. So its better to move on in our life."

"Chill dude. U'll definitely get Ur Ms. Perfect soon." Yash said consoling him

"Hhmmm hey that reminds me that Ur sister-in-law is also not dat bad nd she also wants to be a RJ in my radio station Radio India. So wat say? Me nd her?" Prateek said nd winked nd Yash rolled his eyes seeing him back to his devil avatar.

"Shut up Prateek. She's not like other Mumbai girls. So u dnt try Ur Flirting on her Alright?" Yash said warningly making Prateek chuckle.

"Oho! The possessive Jiju. So much care for Ur Sister-in-law ha. Take it easy Yaar! I was only kidding. Anyways where are going to meet Aarti today." Prateek instantly diverted seeing Yash's angry glare.

"At d coffee Shop near her college."

"Hhmmm. All d best den." Prateek said nd Yash looked at him confused

Prateek, I am not going for some kind of a war dat u r wishing me luck." Yash said confusingly nd Prateek chuckled.

"Taking a girl to a date is kind of a war only." Prateek said casually nd Yash just shakes his head disbelievingly.

"You'll never change na?" he said disbelievingly while chuckling

"Not in this birth atleast. Anyways you carry on. I too had to go to meet a friend of mine. See u in d evening." Prateek said as they both got up from the dining table to head towards their respective destination bidding bye to each other.

It was 6:15 in d evening Aarti Parked her Scooty at d parking Lot nd den checked her Watch nd smirked seeing that she's 45 mins late. Yes she purposely came late at the coffee shop because as far as she came to about Yash she knows that he's very punctual about timing nd never spare even an extra minute to anyone nd here she's whole 45 minutes late. Nd on top of it she didn't even pick up his calls wen he was calling. This is definitely going to make him angry now nd wen she'll go inside either he would have gone from there or would blast at her for wasting his tym nd this is what she wants. Thinking this she happily entered the coffee shop seeing her victory a step away. But her happiness was short lived wen she saw Yash sitting at the table in the corner waiting for her nd is all cool nd calm. She cursed her luck umpteenth tym nd goes towards the seat where he was sitting.

"Hi!" Aarti greeted half-heartedly as soon as she reached at her seat.

"Hi! You are 45 mins late." Yash said as he looked at his watch while Aarti made a face thinking it to be his criticism.

"Is he kind of a Timepiece or wat?" She murmured under her breath but Yash's sharp ears had heard it but he chooses to ignore.

"I am sorry. Actually I got stuck up in d traffic." Aarti said after a while thinking the best excuse ever.

"It's ok. Pls have a seat." Yash offered nd Aarti took a seat across him

"Thanx. You said that u want to talk something important to me" Aarti said as soon as she took her seat because she wanted to get away from here as soon as possible.

"Ya we'll talk but y not have some Coffee First. I knw u Love d Coffee of dis shop." Yash said smiling warmly

"Ya. This is also told by Paridhi to you." Aarti said sarcastically to whoch Yash shrugged his shoulders

"As expected." She muttered yet again nd Yash raises his brows gesturing "Wats wrong" to which she just nodded in No. Yash sighed nd called the waiter to take their order.

"Cold coffee with Ice cream" dey both said together den looked at each other in surprise.

"Actually I like Cold coffee with Ice-cream." Yash said as if trying to defend himself

"Same here." Aarti replied back with a smile probably for the first tym with him around.

"Two Cold Coffee with Ice cream." He ordered to the waiter nd he left from their after taking the order

"Aarti I knw u must be very angry on me as I haven't done wat u have said to me nd you anger is right also. But there's a reason behind the decision I took nd For dat only I called u over here as these things we can't discuss on call." Yash said as soon as Waiter left from there.

"Ya, I too want to discuss that. Now will u pls tell me y u didn't reject me." Aarti asked curiously

"Relax Aarti! I am coming to that point only. See I respect Ur Concern towards urfamily nd trust me I literally dnt want to hurt u." Yash said nd pauses for a while to see her reaction.

"Aarti, usually the girls of ur Age Doesn't want to get married because dey had some kind of Affair wid someone else or their family is putting pressure on dem. But u r d First girl who don't want to get married because u want to support Ur family. U didn't care for Ur Happiness but u care for Ur family. Nd I really appreciate dis feeling of urs nd trust me I had developed a feeling of respect towards you seeing you selfless nature." Yash continued wen Aarti said nothing while Aarti looked at him surprised.

"When you know all dis den y u didn't refuse?" She asked as soon as she registered Yash's words in her mind.

"Because I want to help u Aarti." Yash said softly nd Aarti looked at him confused

"See if I would have rejected then there is no guarantee dat the other guy who'll come to see u will reject u too." Yash said in a serious tone but Aarti was all confused listening to him.

"So?" She asked as she tried to understand what actually he wanted to say.

"So like dis you are engaged to me now nd there will be no more proposals for u nd I understand the problem of urs so I won't force you for Marriage until you set-up Urcareer. Moreover like dis u r helping me also." Yash said nd Aarti looked at him surprised

"I am helping u? hw?" she asked confusingly

"See like u I also dnt want to get married. But Bauji is forcing me to get married nd I can't refuse him as I love him nd respect him a lot just like u love Ur Mom. Yesterday in Ur Room I was about to say to u 'to reject me' but before I could say anything to u, u already said me to reject u so I was all speechless at that moment." Yash said nd paused for a while to see her reaction on this

"go on, I m listening."

"See we both dnt want to get married. But we both are doing this for our Family. So its better we both get engaged just in front of our families so that they won't search any other proposals for us. Nd I Assure u dat our relation will never lead to Marriage." He said nd Aarti didn't missed the sincerity in his voice yet there's a tinge of doubt left in her.

"You have assured me yesterday also." she said as she still haven't forgotten his changing color in front of their families.

"I told you the reason for that Aarti. And Dis tym it's a promise nd wen Yash Scindia makes any promise den he lived up to it. So wat say? Do you like the deal?" Yash said in a typical business style while Aarti looked at him confused

"Deal?" she muttered confusingly

"Ya its just kind of a Deal only na u need my help nd I need urs we both need each other. So wat say?" Yash said as he extended his hand towards her

Not a bad Idea! He too didn't want to get married nd I also that means dere will be no chance of Love nd all dat in future. It's a safe deal actually I think I must say yes to him." Aarti said as she thought of his words

"Aarti what r u thinking?" Yash's broke her thoughts nd she realized that Yash has still extended his hand towards her

"huh… Nothing I think u r rite. I Agree wid ur Deal." Aarti instantly shakes hand with him sealing the deal between them. Yash smiled nd sighed in relief seeing her finally all cool nd calm. Just then Waiter brings Coffee for dem. Yash gestures him to go nd gives one cup to Aarti.

"Thanx Aarti for understanding." Yash said as he passed coffee to Aarti

"No, thanx to you and sorry too." Aarti said nd now it was Yash's turn to be confused.

"Sorry for wat?" he asked not understanding the reason of her sudden apology

"Actually Yesterday I was so mad on you that even I don't know wat kinds of things I have thought about u." Aarti said nd Yash raises his brows in confusion

"Don't worry I haven't thought dat much bad about you as you are thinking so just relax." Aarti said quickly seeing his raised brows while Yash just chuckled.

"But I couldn't able to understand one thing." Aarti said as she took the sip of her coffee while Yash looked at her confused.

"What?"

"See I dnt want to marry because I want to support my family but you are so well-settled nd handsome too then what's Ur problem that you don't want to get married?" Aarti asked the question bugging in her mind from long

"I knw dat u'll definitely ask dis Question. I know I m well settled nd handsome too as you put it but I really dnt like dis Marriage business nd all. I mean dere were so much problems after marriage you know continuous nagging of wife wen you are not able to give tym to her, their doubts that you are having an illicit affair nd all that. You lose Ur own privacy after dat. Therefore I want to stay away from all dis." Yash said casually nd Aarti looked at him disbelief.

"oh ok" Aarti said though not fully convinced with his answer

"Who cares its his Life Afterall. He can do whatever he want nd the best part is dat I m nt going to get married so I don't have to think about anything else" She thought as she smiled weakly while drinking her Coffee.

After a while talking about things here nd there apart from their marriage deal; Yash nd Aarti too headed outside the coffee shop to go to their respective homes. There's a lot of change in Aarti's thinking about Yash now than what she had before coming to Coffee shop. Initially she thought Yash to be as another insensitive male who just care about himself but now she realize how much wrong she was in her perception. Yash is really not like other males nd a sense of respect developed in her heart for him unknowingly.

"Hey! How will u go home? Shall I drop u?" Yash asked as soon as they made there way towards the Parking lot

"No thanx I have my Scooty. I'll go." Aarti replied with a smile on her face which was genuine this tym.

"Are you sure? I mean you can come wid me nd I'll ask driver to get Ur scooty to Ur Home." Yash asked yet again

"no, dnt worry I can go." Aarti assured him yet again nd Yash sighed.

"Ok, as u wish. By the way thanx once again."

"Oh please! Don't say thanx to me infact Thanx to mujhe aapko kehna chahiye."

"For wat?" Yash asked confused

"For coffee nd for helping me. So thanx" Aarti said nd Yash shaked his head disbelievingly

"Don't be so formal Aarti. I haven't done that much dat you r saying so many times thank u to me." Yash said nd dey both chuckled

"Ok fine I'll not say it again." Aarti said after a while controlling her laughter

"See finally we reached. So I'll take Ur leave nw. Bye!" Aarti said as she realizes that dey reached to the parking lot

"Bye Aarti! It was nice meeting you." Yash said softly with a soft smile playing on his lips.

"Same here Mr. Scindia. Bye!" Aarti said as she started her scooty while Yash sees her for a while smiling nd then headed towards his car.
