Bubbly, vivacious, innocent, gorgeous, beautiful...and the list of adjectives just go on. But definitely DD's sum1 whom words can't explain.
Because this is my 1st post on MB forum, I dunno if this topic has already been discussed or not. It have been just a few days of me following the posts.
Have u guys ever gave this a serious thought that our very own DD cud b (or already is) the Vidya Balan of tellywood?
Today I watched 'Kahaani' for the nth time n suddenly this thought struck me.
'Madhubala' is the second show that has Drashti playing the lead.
An actress who started her career as a supporting actress, stood out in her own way and won hearts of many just with her flawless n vivacious act as Dr Muskaan, played the role of an abandoned pregnant girl who undergoes a vast change- she has done it all đđź
MB is her third innings with the title again in the name of the female lead and by now, it seems she has garnered the tag of being a no-nonsense, no garish make-up, heavy-duty ornaments/costumes or gallons of glycerin actress who have it in her to pull off an ever-so convincing act with or without a male lead (and this I specify is not a comment to offend any VD or GC fans).
This was just a random thought that I felt sharing with my friends đ... I just feel that DD has it in her to do woman-centric serials. Although almost all the serials are women-dominated, but the respect we viewers have for DD is not there for everyone as most of them are shown getting married again n again, accepting their husbands no matter how evil he is, crying ALL the time...phew
