My call to SP

Hi guys i just called up SP, spoke to the customer service guy call Mr. Lawrence, he said that you want giaa manek back right??

i said yes...and then as usual he asked me for my email address and name.

I told him how many times are you going to take our email and names???..wats the use????????

then he said mam we have to take those details so that we can send you some information regarding it.

then he said that its not one man show here, many seniors have to decide on this and nothing have been informed us, so i can't say anything confirmed about it. and she has been replaced because she broke her contract...and i said i know all of that !!!

tell me something new and positive, then he said the production house and the SP senior have to decide on this. i asked him if i could get the contact of any member of the production house!!

he said no we cannot give you any direct contact number, u have to go through the customer services only!!!

guys if you want i can still try and get the email of senior person of star...but whose should i get i am confused 😕??? can you help me!!!!

why cant we have direct nos??????
