Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa- Dancing with the Stars that starts on Colors TV from June 16th is riding on a lot of expectations. While the show has already completed 4 successful seasons in India, this is the first time when Colors has bought the telecast rights.
Since the show has already become popular amongst the Indian audiences in the past four years, what is that Colors will add on to its popularity?
Let's take it one by one. The show that starts right after much hyped and loved IPL season will continue to provide the glimpses of the cricketing league with two of IPL's gorgeous anchors, Archana Vijaya and Shibani Dandekar. Both of them have a huge fan following and people will be excited to see them shake a leg on a dancing floor.
This is the first time that the much loved dance show has an international guest on board. Yes, we have a guest from Sri Lanka, the ace cricketer, Sanath Jayasuriya. This is also the first time that a kid is taking part in the show as a contestant with a choreographer of his age. After impressing everyone with his role as Ishaan Awasthi, the notorious but talented kid in Tare Zameen Par, Darsheel Safari, will now impress everyone with his choreographer and partner Avneet Kaur. Avneet has been a part of many dance competition and has also acted in one television soap.
Well, it's not over yet. Apart from some mind-blowing dance performances, the audience should also be ready for a great dose of laughter with the Queen of comedy Bharti Singh and Bhojpuri superstar, Ravi Kishan, who will keep you laughing and entertained through their ready wit and humour. When talking about ready wit, we must not forget mentioning the hosts of the show- last year's participant Ragini Khanna and the most popular emcee, host, anchor, Manish Paul. Talkative by nature, both will keep the audiences entertained in between the performances.
And yes, last but not the least, the fabulous trio of Madhuri Dixit, Remo D'souza and Karan Johar, who will judge the show. The dhak-dhak queen, the Indian Michael Jackson and the man who sells dreams are sure to catch a lot of eyeballs and TRP's this season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa on ColorsTV.
