I know how you feel! She's my favorite and even though you can find submissive and ideal bahus on other shows, you can't find feisty, good, and intelligent mother in laws as easily. At least Saathiya still has it's Kokila supporters 😊

why would any actor leave if they have no work commitments outside the channel...

channel is like a company .. they don't want to loose the best employees and at the same time they can not go against the policies and entertain any special privilege to one particular employee or actor..

employee (actor) attrition is a major issue in any industry .. every company tries to curb attrition only when things go out of hand... the employee will be asked to leave the company ,... but until then the company genuinely tries to retain the employee ...

and when a new employee comes into the company.. it will incur whole lot of costs in getting a new employee to the level of old ex-employee...

No company wants to loose a better performing individual.. only when matters go out of hand the individual is shown the door

company = channel
employee = actor

This happened once with a show called Mayka. The channel had a difference with the PH and fired them. They showed a bomb blast in the show and most of the characters were killed. New story with different faces and some old actors was introduced. This happened when the show was still new. Some viewers left and some stayed because they hadn't connected to the previous cast and story yet.

With SNS, it is different because it is 2 years old and if you like a character or actor, you have to feel attachment to them. It is like you adopted a baby two years ago and then, you were handed a different baby to love as your own. Some people are nonchalant about it and take it in their stride. Some people didn't like the baby to begin with. Some want to like the new baby, but feel guilty. Some can't give up on the first baby that they showered all their love on and stayed up at nights to take care of. Every body is different.

Do what you want to do and what makes you happy. If you feel you need your baby back, fight for your baby. Even if you fail, at least you tried. If you feel you can move on with the new baby, move on and adjust with the new baby.

Please don't make this into a war on the forum. We are all here for the show. We have been through good and bad times. Please don't discourage people from watching it if they want to. Please don't discourage people from fighting if they want to.

@Munni.. I strongly disagree,I am working in corporate world, work with different clients from around world, and i have seen tv world from very close.. so i can say both are not comparable..

Any business organizational structure will be same.. in corporate world, everything depend on the customer, end user.. they completly work for his satisfaction..

Ok when you say SP will not allow, why the hell Giaa should give explanation to channel, when she makes contract with Production hose.. Contract might change from time to time, but it can't be change from one to one.. everyone know it very well PH doesn't have any problem with Giaa participating in JDJ.. it is SP who has problem..

well actor doesn't make any contract with SP, why should they control actors? stopping from doing other shows, now because Hina, sanya,karan and Giaa, four approached by JDJ, I don't think they will say yes to the show without contacting PH or reading contract..

but @ next step it was SP came into picture and insist them to leave, else they will replace, now tell me is it participant mistake or SP, when there is no right for them to interfere into actor' life, it is un official contract rules.. even SP clearly mentioned in their reply saying it is purely PH decision.. are we so dumb, can't we say the politics they are playing..

here you are saying SP, and about actors contracts, but I have proof from SP, which said it is purely PH decision.. there is no involvement ..

what is Giaa did is, she is took a brave step and fight for her rights.. that is why she is getting blamed.. poor girl.. she is a brave girl,she will get all success and will be back in SNS too

if star plus clearly mentioned it was PH decision ...why did Gia say that the channel harassed her time and again...and the channel has shown her the door ...i am confused here.. can u please clarify😕

@ Gia is brave... 👏 she made a choice which she wanted to...respect her choice...

.while other actors..poor souls could not be so brave to make such a step...😕

hope she is back in SNS too😃

vibzz .. this is it.. @bold 👏 which made the channel to give 2 options for gia to choose for .. she opted for JDJ..which is fair enough

There are two points of mine:

1.)Yes.. Channel said it is PH problem, but we all know it is asked everybody(doing SP shows)who is participating in JDJ to back off, it is not about contract or something, it is rivalry about GEC grossary, colors is the one which gives tough competition to SP.. so SP wants to maintain no1 channel, so didn't allow actor to take part.. so it pressurize PH.. well TV world will have many pressure unlike normal world, un officially anybody can blackmail an actor.. Giaa might got pressure..

but i have one more point, which actually strikes from ur article

2.) You remember there was an article, saying TC or TB in may 1st week, Giaa did mention she will not do JDJ, that if she wants to leave SNS, But you have posted one article, which says if Giaa is not allowed to participate in JDJ, they will not do show with rashmi sharma, they will back from that project.. So Rashmi might have got pressured from both SP and other organization.. so Giaa as well, but Giaa is very stubborn to do both the shows.. and she also signed the JDJ contract, she can't back of from that, she may asked to leave the show

one more.. about new actress mentioned that she is never informed that she auditioned for gopi role, till she signed the contract.. I think, they might have searched for replacement of Gopi, but Gopi role is such a successful role, any known actress will not take it, that too which going to end, well that's why they may kept it under , they made devoleena to sign the contract, though she is not good at acting,once she agreed they replaced Giaa overnight..

Finally it is nothing do with Actors.. it is b/w channels and their TRPs.. but what is the thing PH, Rashmi Sharma should have supported Giaa.. if she showed some guts, we would have been happy situation.. enjoying confession of ahem..

But everything is spoiled.. Hope Giaa will be back on SNS.. if she doesn't also, till JDJ gets air, she requires support from fans, once she is on tv again, SP will realize and bring her back..

After all it is all business, but till then who will save SNS..???

I am out of SNS, will only fight for Giaa..

I know there are lots of discussions going on on this.. But what channel is saying is that Gia's dance image will hamper Gopi's image, Gia was given the choice to either stick to SNS or go to JDJ.. I think she made the choice because she did not want to be Gopi any more ... I think it is her decision..

COming to Ragini Khanna and Parul, their characters in their shows did not matter much as compared to JDJ, so they let them do the shows... Just my opinion...
