i am not sikh but my best friend is i always asked her so many questions like these and she always said that the darams are not really accurate

if they do it punjabi then they shud do it rite

I think thier sole purpose is comercial to make money, rather than culture defination, Hoe many of punjaby sikh do puja, my family doesn't, we do not go to mandir, but they are showing mix family older Generation is Sikh and than followed by I do not know wheather they are hindu or sikh they do not speak much of punjabi, follow most of hindu culture, in conclusion I think they are hindu living in punjab adopt little punjabi culture but sikhism.

well guys punjabi doesn't necessarily mean SIKH..u can be punjabi and still be hindu, cuz punjab is a state, punjabi is a language/culture, not a religion..tho i agree that even hindu punjabi people don't tend to walk around decked out in saris, and sikh ones DEFINETELY dont wear sindoor and wear saris 24/7..lol..i guess they want the show to be like superficially "punjabi" but not actually show any punjabi culture..which is silly.. 😆

I agree with u..if the show is based on the Sikh religon then they shud actually do wht punjabi ppl do..Im Sikh to so ya...newyays i think they just do that because many ppl that aren't punjabi watch the show and so that they will undersatnd wht is happening!!
