she was asked she didn't agree!!! Asking for an additional term to the contract she refused, does not affect the existing contract, they asked for an amendment to the contract.

meaning nothing in the existing contract says she can't work on different channels shows!!!

The production house is relying on a general clause of the employment contract, but any general clause implies the specific terms prior mentioned of the contract anyway and not everything else underneath the sun: It was clearly mentioned in the contract that any actor working with the channel cannot breach their contract (that's the clause in the contract they are using).

breach contract my big FOot on the face of Star. . where the hell was this contract whe other Star main leads did JDJ in the past.. and other starts doing other reality shows.. or is it special treatment for each and every one??

they are idiots, because they are relying a general term, but what they were asking for is not encompassed in the contract.

Contract, come on !! rule is rule to even for president.. you can't change rules from one to one, then it is not rule, they call restriction..

if that is genuine then why the hell rucha is doing program in colors???

she should be also replaced.. SP and PH are just sick.. what I think SP wants to get rid of saathiya, got a chance and dumped it...
