Did I say that, anywhere? I have already reported that the girl in serving a sentence, and yes she's also receiving counseling. Is that so incredible? That a mentally unstable person is being given treatment? Heard of the term "Temporary Insanity" anywhere?

yeah as per the news reports about this clip, the baby died during the beating we see in this video

I was horrified to see this video. I searched this over the net and it says that it is a Malaysian mom beating her 8 month old baby daughter. She and the woman who recorded this video was thrown in Jail for 18 months on last year (May, 2011).

The mom says that she hates the child as she was raped. I am not sure but it seems that the child has not died and is in some foster care or something.

She was yelling in malaysian language "shut up, stupid" when hitting the child.

Oh my god! This is barbaric. I felt like killing the woman too.

The baby did not die. it is under foster care. The mother has been sentenced for 18 months prison sentence. This happened May 2011. The mother might be released around November 2012. the court will then decide whether the baby shud be gicen back to the mother or not. This happened in Malaysia. pleas read the link below
