Some things about IPKKND have been so typical and cliched , that it is funny.
Any sentence started on important matters is either incomplete or either Arnav or Khushi leave half way through the conversation. For example, the terrace scene, the 'I know about you' conversations between Arnav and Khushi. Whatever happened to meaningful conversations?
If by chance the sentence is completed, then also neither of the parties wait for clarifications. For example, when Arnav revealed to Khushi about Shyam.Thad! They throw an accusation and walk away. Whatever happened to the right to be heard?
All good thing is never brought to light. The bad things are defenitely brought to light. For example the gold coin and bangles are buried in mysterious layers while Shyam holding Khushi's hand has to be seen by Arnav. Whatever happened to the belief that good things will be rewarded?
Anjali is the glass doll. You can't scratch her. You can't break her. Handle with care or she will break. Khushi is the rag doll. Pull her. Push her. Tear her apart. However you treat her, she should not break! Whatever happened to fair treatment?
Kostins and Kostins buzzing in my mind about IPKKND cliches.
And before anyone says it is a serial and it is like this only, let me tell you I know it is a serial.
But this is the same serial which saw the hero break up with his girlfriend gracefully and the heroine not breaking down despite the odds.
So why is it wrong to ask to do away with cliches?
