Hello fans!!! Here we are back with another day full of exclusive and spicy news from the world of television. Yesterday (6 June 2012), a shockwave hit TV fans when the news of Giaa Maanek aka Gopi bahu being thrown out of Star Plus' show Saath Nibhana Saathiya made it to the headlines.
Yes, Giaa will no longer be seen as the saree clad, timid and beautiful Gopi bahu in the soap. The makers (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms) have replaced her with Devoleena Bhattacharjee. Devoleena was earlier seen in Imagine TV's Preeto.
Now, there is one person who is very sad with the development. It's the show's main lead Mohammad Nazim aka Ahem. In a candid conversation with he shared, "I was shocked when the news reached me. I am a bit upset. After all I have spent two years with Giaa."
He further continued, "Together we took the show to a great height. And with her gone, it's like some family member has left us and moved on. Not only will I, but everyone else will also miss her."
So did he talk to Giaa? "Yes, I have had a word with her on phone and she was sounding very upset. It is quite obvious to be upset," said Ahem.
This good looking actor will have to act and create the same chemistry now with a new Gopi bahu. What are his feelings? "See, I am a professional and I have to keep working. The show must go on. And I hope that people keep loving and watching Saath Nibhana…" he ended.
