What cvs portray anjali 4rm da beginning till 2day i dnt think so anjali soon recover 4rm her shock n in that circumtances this whole thing happen but yeah late after some time when she recover 4rm her shock then we can expect
" Rishta wahi soch nai".
Bcz in real life i v women around me suffering these things. So can say that its logical anjali ll nt bear n nt believe in this bitter truth suddenly n at once. So as da loving n sacrifise brother arnav can sacrifice his love 4 her beloved sister.

I expect that to happens in the show .. Anjali always black Arnav emotionally ..
and when she discover Shyam truth, she will behave in a strange way for sometime out of shock , and may turn to a "temporary villain "

if that happens ,, Arnav will be in very tough situation ! from one side, his weak sister which her husband cheat her!, and from the other side, his life's love that he find after long time, and after a journey which was full of hurts ..

and if he chose Anjali , emmm I cannot blame him ! and I think Khushi herself will leave him to make the decision easier for him ..

I hope CVs end the MU soon, and focus in another tracks other than this playing around this unending MU ..
I prefer to see Arnav in a situation similar to what you wrote .. it will be nice to watch it, although it will be painful
