Dear Gul,

Many of us belong to the group that never ever watched any soap in our life...

Many of us never became crazy after any star even though we had favorites...

Many of us never thought that anything fictional could sabotage our lives...

You get the idea...

Most of us, around the globe, 'found' "Iss Pyaar ko..." either while channel surfing, or on the web..

Then we stayed up night after night to catch up on episodes from the beginning on the internet...

Our families realized that we had become useless for them.. we were and are possessed by IPK..

We felt a need to communicate with equally crazy fans..joined India Forums, FaceBook, Twitter for the first time...

Gul,

With you, we wait for every Wednesday for the TRPs - do not matter to most of the global fans but it matters to the show.. we lose our sleep... send emails to SP... campaign to keep the show going as we cannot live without it!

We appreciate each and every member of the team...

Gul - for giving us ASR and Khsuhi..

Writers - for a wonderful story to begin with

Screen play./ dialogue writers - for giving us some of the best dialogues...so far, I have only known of films having famous dialogues.. but now we have 'Iss Pyaar..'

Creatives - for the fantastic set... magical poolside... Arnav-Khushi and the poolside ... and much more

Musicains - Rabba Ve... need I say more.. I have goosebumps... Pehle Kabhi aisa hua hi nahi tha..Never ever happened before..

Cinematography - Many many brilliant shots...reflections in mirror... reflections in water.. reflections in glass... just to name a few.. list is enormous..

Technicians and support staff - always go unnoticed - but they run around to make every little detail possible for the show.. we love them..

Director - Oh..My heart is racing.. I mean.. so many scenes - portrayed brilliantly - beautifully - with the vulnerability that touched our hearts and souls... made us cry.. made us love...made us crazy in the soulful love of Arnav and Khushi..

Stars: Of course, Sanaya and Barun.. but not only them..EVERYONE.. everyone is a great actor,..every character comes alive so well that we either love them.. or hate them. only one.Shyam..

Most importantly Gul,
for showing the REAL Soulful Love in this era of physical love..

You and your team have brought the REAL SOULFUL LOVE to us - that everyone admires and longs for in their personal life.. that lasts till eternity..

Gul ji,

hum bhi Arnav Singh Raizada jaise passionate banate jaa rahe hai!
We are as passionate about the show as Arnav Singh Raizada's love for Khushi..

Toh aisa, kyuon hota hai Gul ji,
Why does this happen then Gul ji,

sirf humare chaska meter par channel show kyuon nahi chalne deta hai.. why does our chaska meter not the only norm to run the show..
We watch the show online more often than on TV..including India's audience...
Old times are gone.. this is new era of technology savvy people.. your fan base is global, bridging the barriers of languages..cultures...
We understand the economics of it - show us an alternative way to support the show..

Toh, aisa kyuon hota hai, Gul ji,

Humari saansein kyo ruk jaati hai yehi soachker ki kya kabhi show do-teen saal pehle hi band ho jayega?

Why does this happen, Gul,

We forget to breath even at the thought of the show getting terminated before good two-three years of run?

Gul,

I do not know of any other TV show that has given us the following three things, just to name a few...
and we adore you for that.. let us know, how we may be able to help the show - we are utterly 'Selfish'.. we want the show to run for a long long time!

Most lovable moment in the love story...Gosh!

Most awaited 'hug' of the year! For us... most awaited hug ever.....

Best dialogue (apart from, 'What the...'):

"Aisa kyuon hota hai,

jab bhi aap humare paas aate hai toh humari dil ki dhadkan tez ho jaati hai.."

We Love You and The Whole IPKKND Team so much that the words fall short...Thank You for giving us the dream...

And yes, humare iss pyaar ko aap pyaar hi rehne do koi naam na do...
Let our love as it ought to be.. don't give it a name...

👏 well said!! and an awesome post!! somebody needs to do something bout this TRP! there are ppl who don't watch on TV for various reasons! some have work, some may be busy, some just prefer to drroooll alone! (like me hehe)

yet these views are not counted, i have myself, replayed the promo like a thousand times, yet these views aren't counted! ppl go back to the 1st episode and watch again the magic of IPK and Arshi, yet no use, views aren't counted! international fans, like me, die hard fans all over the world, wives who don't cook for thier husbands coz they don't wanna miss the 8pm show, children who don't wanna revise for 8pm show, all these are sort of sacrifices, willingly sacrificing to watch the best show in the history of indian television! yet no use, views aren't counted!

somebody plz do something bout that! u know, IPK is well known all over! we have aired the fewest promo probably and the fewest times, yet IPK is THE top show, if only TRPs counted online + international viewers!

and i agree with your post! the generation has moved on, it's a new era!!

Such a heartwarming post. And SO true!!!

If only us global fans could contribute to the TRPs, I doubt there would be a chance for another show to take over from IPK in that regard...

This post echos so many of my feeling and emotions, and so well..I have to thank you too. :D

Each and every single word of this post is so true!

I think you should address this post to SP but not Gul. Or you can send this post to Star Plus.

Today's world is one global village and we are the generation of a cyber world. So the trp of the audience of India only, shouldn't be the criteria to judge the popularity of a show.

In my opinion IPKKND is the best show ever made in Indian Television.

Hey dear so touchy n lovely post..I hope Gul will see your post..

Really ye sa kyu hota hai...CM is fulled with our pure unconditional love but channel authorities only think about their profit..which serial gives them high profit they only love that serial as progeny...our unconditional love is nothing in front their business...but as long as our unconditional love for ipk will remain we will fight against their so called business for sure. 😊

Happy anniversary to IPKKND...🥳
And congratulations to the whole team for crossing this long path successfully. I wish this show will continue its telecast year after year..n special thanks to Gul n Sarun for giving us such an intoxicating n adorable ArHi couple.😃

Wonderful post! I don't really mind bad episode at all even if they give bad episode I will still watch it. I love the show and I have to thank The Cv's and Gul for giving us such a wonderful show. 👏 Since I started watching IPKKND I have no life right now. Even when I should be studying lol.

The one thing I dislike most though is the using of BD's. BD's should only be there for dangerous scenes. Not for intense and important scenes like what they give us on Thursday. And even if they do use BD's they should be really careful with there BD's because everything end up being a complete give away if you know what I mean! for example Barun needs a much better BD and alot of work need to be done with Sanaya's BD.
