Since the serial is very soon completing 1 year, it takes me deep pain to see how the show is neglected despite its huge popularity at grassroot level. A serial in real sense can be called a blockbuster hit when the show has such impact on the viewers that they talk, dream, eat, sleep the characters 24/7. If diya bati is applauded hugely because house wives love it bcoz they get a good time pass at 9pm . But after that what, do they keep talking about it 24/7. NO. Even if we talk about Bade acche, Yeh rishta etc etc or even if i take a show that deals with social cause say Balika Vadu..how long do this show make audience say wah wah daily all time. The answer is NO. But a show which is being talked and discussed every segment like its a national news gets no deserving place in telly world. Iam talking about IPKKND. The most disaapointing thing is that half of the country is unaware that this show has captured mindsets of the audience so much that people have started living a separate life that deals with talks, discussions, dreams, and everything about Barun n sanaya. Does watching the show at the time and good TRP sufficient to justify that its a blockbuster or if a heroine is being tortured only than does it make a hit serial???
These award season desrves Sanaya and Barun to get best actor awards respectively but the show has not got its due because the outside world is unaware how fans are crazy for it. For me jodi award is not sufficient, but to win best actor,n actress award repectively is also important.
Why the judgement of a serial is good or hit has to depend on old women who watch women centric shows. Why cant a show like SAch Ka saamna get best show award?? or AAP ki Kacheri?? Why only the Tears of a house wife is considered a SuperHit show. No problem. But to give importance to choice of the old fashioned ladies who like watching unsensical rona-dhona while giving awards is not at all justified. The Jury should watch the show themselves n then decide which show is good in quality. To be honest TV doesnt deserve a good show like IPKKND, they are fit for sasural simar ka and Kerry type of shows. I feel bad TV is not growing because the choice of women is stuck at one point and that is also the reason why we women are not progressing in life. If IPKKND could be a film but such a elaborate love scenes and high intensity love cant be completed in 3 hrs. So Tv show is the need, Just wanna say that hope that STAR PLUS realises that we fans have so far forcefully accepted that these old women will never like such good shows, which means no awards, less TRP. whatever we the other segment of the audience just want this show to continue. We dont want Awards..aS long as we see Barun -Sanaya in the show its our true award.
