Yes good u brought up this topic. Even i was wondering the same! If he puts in so much of hard work which is openly appreciated by his fans then why he is away from recognition!
If one is doing hard work then the fruits of succes due should be enjoyed! Work is worship & Aamir Khan foot steps... to follow then this guy is going to miss the time for receiving appreciation which he is worthy for! Yes but it is his matter of choice whether to sit back once in a while to enjoy his succes.

he was busy shuttling between the shoot of his movie and the show. hence was unable to make time for the awards!
