1. Whatever Kabir said to Neha about Aditi's murder and all the other murders were mere tactics to get Neha to listen to him so he could get on with his 900cr plan.
2. Kabir hasn't been proven guilty, nor does it look like he will because the writers would never make Kabir the accused the actual murderer. Aditi will get a shock factor soon.
3. So far we know that someone else has tried killed Aditi in the car accident, and other occasions after that. He/She kidnapped Gattu, to get to Aditi and this person is known as Sarkar. Also, Kabir is the main suspect only because the poor guy is always at the wrong place at the wrong time.
4. Aditi is trying to take revenge on Kabir only because she THINKS that he's her murderer.
