My Reasons
*He is almost always busy with office work(pehle tho kabhi bhi busy nahi the ab achanak kya kaam aagaya)🤔
*Arnav's medicines. remember how Anjali told KKGSR about needing a prescription to buy the medicines...?? Well by common knowledge i definitely dont think Shyamu snakewa wont get his dirty hands on them soo who is the next closest doubt?? Akash!!
