Smart looking actor Kushal Tandon of Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai (Star Plus, produced by Cinevistaas) loves his profession.
"Acting is my passion and for thatI have even got a degree from theNew York School of Acting," shares Kushal.
He is quite clear in his mind that he only wants to act. "I am not interested in singing and dancinglike my character (Virat) in the show who is learning to sing."
Looking ahead he says, "I would love to do intense characters." So how do you prepare yourself for the heavy duty emotional scenes in your show? Do you lock yourself up in a room in order to get psyched out?
"No I don't need to do all that. I just read my lines and it's enough for me to deliver the good."
So which are the actors whom he likes from the TV industry? "I don't watch much TV but from Bollywood I like Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan."
Although Kushal's ultimate dream is to make it big in the tinsel town, he is not desperate to get there as he, "takes each day as it comes." And when it comes to getting a six-pack abs, which has become a rage, Kushal is not reallyin the rat race.
"I just want to be fit but if a role comes which demands something like this I will do it then. After all, anything for work."
H also does not believe in going to parties just to network in orderto get work, "I rather let my work speak for myself."
The dream role which he would love to do on big screen would beHrithik Roshan or John Abraham'sroles in Dhoom 1 and 2, "I would love to essay negative lead."
