In the precap it showed-

Akshara telling Anshu that u were going to ur friends house right and Anshu sed he was but Samar forced him to come to ur house.

Then Akshara looks at him in a questionable way so Akshara is starting to have that inkling too.

akshara ko koi shak nhi hua hai...uske sbs ke reaction se saaf pta chal rha hai...but ye bohot strange baat hai ki use bilkul doubt nhi hua😲
