We all know Apple the product. Not who designed it.
Same goes for tons of products.
As a writer/creative persons I have stared for hours at a blank paper/screen, but I know if there is a product launch I have to deliver and deliver well, because the product's market depends on it.
Sometimes it is impossible to write when people and things are dictating your thinking process. I have myself run into roadblocks when the marketing guy and the MD is telling me their expectations. But at the end of the day we have to live up. There is no other choice.
As a writer/creative person you have all my sympathy Mr Hegde because it is a tough job and a thankless one.
But at the end of the day Mr Hegde that is the writer's job and the product is the baby of the writer's mind.
So Mr Hegde take heart in the song 'The wind beneath my wings' because it is cold in the shadows but you are the wind beneath the wings of IPKKND

It might be tough but if the job isn't being done adequately, then obviously its someone's fault? Dude all jobs are tough, but that doesn't mean you do them ainvayi ainvayi kuch bhi because its too difficult? And if you do do that, then you should be replaced by someone who can do a better job, no?

I think like us, even they have the right to justify what they did and why and how. People should not blame them for their opinion. Its not like they were criticizing us, just telling the hard truth of it all and how it affects them and they told us, because it was ASKED. And not randomly.

We should Respect them, their views and opinions because even on IF, we do that.

What he said is true...we might have felt bad because of the way Mr. Hegde pointed out the reality, but its the truth nevertheless.

Its only few people like you who ACTUALLY show the faith and the others don't. And those who do not show faith, and bash are more in number.
Not everything is uncalled for. Sometimes, we got to hear someone important's point of view too, someone who MADE this story come alive, in order to make our own view.
Arshad Khan, Barun and Sanaya are not the only ones whose interview matter! And since many were complaining about the CVs decision off lately, I think his justification was much needed.

The track has sped up..they covered Barun's absence SO well, and, its not like he (the CVs) didn't take any action. And, as we know its the Rangmunch who asked him to write/tell about his POV, he didn't jump in to justify.

And answering, they are. The track which is going on, is damn good. They did buck up and are correcting their mistakes, and they started doing that even before Mr Hegde had 'Justified' about their (CVs) actions and decisions.

Yes. Results matter.
But, they were not on a verge of failure, just had to go through a rough patch because of their decisions, which were not good...but then again, he SAID that they did made mistakes. (To err is human)

And they bucked up long before. Yes they were almost pushed into bucking up, but not because they didn't WANT to buck up, but because they had been thinking about doing something else and that didn't work out. It Happens. All the time.

They are working hard and the magic (which people are talking about) will be back when Arshi will be witnessed together onscreen... there is no (that kind of) magic without them and NOT every episode can have that (since the ongoing track itself demands Barun's absence)

But Even without Barun, we did see a lot of intense stuffs. Let us give them credits for that at least. They are handling the situation well (forcefully or not, doesn't matter) and that's all what matters right now. (my pov)

They are doing their best now. But in between they had simply lost thw way. They kind of ruined things during swami and other tracks. But it is not as if they chose this. The writers are often at the mercy of the PH or other dictaes of market.
So yes they did make mistakes but like you said they have made up well now. Now that they have been ht hard we can expect them never to falter.
