So most of you know that I have an obsession with MuggleCast (or, atleast those of you who remember me--I know I haven't been on in a while), and I'm absolutely thrilled to report that I was on MuggleCast!!!
They were doing a live show, in which while they recorded, the podcast was being aired through a server for about 300 people or so. It was so much fun to listen to. In the end, to replace the voicemail section, they were doing a live call-in--and I tried, and I tried, and I TRIED, but they never answered me. They were getting a gazillion + calls!
Anyhow, in the end Andrew said they were taking one more call, and that caller would decide the winner of the PANTS contest. And then he was like, "Rashmi? She's been calling in a while. Let's take her call" and suddenly, I'm in a skype conference with all of them. I got a gazillion IMs from AIM, Skype and MSN all at once--everyone was like "OMG RASHMI I'M LISTENING TO YOU RIGHT NOW!!!". It was so amazing--and so much freaking fun!
Anyhow, if any of you happen to listen to MuggleCast, and was tuned in for the live show--that was me! The show will be available on the feed so you guys can listen if you didn't get into the live show. And if you were a bit confused about what I was talking about, I spoke of the MuggleCast FanChat--some of you might not get it. But it's all cool--I'm just glad I was on MuggleCast!
Anyway, about Lumos: Yep, I'm still going, and yep I'm still taking my camera. I'll have lots of pics for you guys! But a lot of them will be with me in it, instead of the Leaky Muggers (or hey--maybe if I'm lucky, WITH the Leaky Muggers!). Lumos is so close, I can taste it. IT'S NEXT WEEK!
