Annie and Naomi are on a mission to find out what secrets their rich yet charitable friend is hiding. Meanwhile, someone is probably sleeping with someone who they shouldn't and tears are inevitable. Silver and Liam are so attracted to each other even though they deny it on the film set while Naomi can't take her hands off of rich-boy, PJ. But what are his deep dark secrets that he is holding back? Naveed has flown in for Raj's funeral and everyone is so sorry for his wife, Ivy's loss yet she is so tired of hearing it. Silver shows up and she and Naveed attempt to have a conversation about Princeton and life. When Adrianna goes to get Dixon's phone and tissues from his car, she picks up his cell to learn that he is still pursuing music; much to her surprise; she seems visibly hurt by the fact that Dixon has hidden this from her. Now she feels like he is keeping secrets and that does not sit well with her, especially since her life has been such an open book. Vanessa is still jealous of the relationship between Silver and Liam despite her close relationship with her cell phone. He lets her know that being at the funeral of someone who has died of cancer when you may have the cancer gene is really hard. He also lets Vanessa know that Naveed and Silver have broken up and he does not know about her cancer tests. Big shocker when Vanessa corners Naveed to tell him about Silver possibly having the cancer gene. Naveed is shocked to hear about this. As Ivy is getting Naomi and Annie together to depart the funeral, Raj's mother stops her and tells her that she wants to give her Raj's ashes. It makes sense since they were married but this is too much for Ivy and she makes a run for it, she is visibly disturbed by this proposition. Vanessa and Liam are in a meeting for a new film; he is offered a limited speaking role because he is man candy but lacks acting ability. PJ cancels his couples massage with Naomi while she and Annie are chatting about the sexy Priest, Caleb and the fact that they have an urn in their kitchen. Urns are the latest decor apparently while Annie has convinced Caleb to talk to Ivy and try to relax her, about the whole situation. Meanwhile, from how things are shaping up, it might be over for Dixon and Adrianna. Dixon gets a phone call asking him to fill in on a show for Haley Reinhardt and if all goes well, she may ask him to go on tour with her. At the beach, Ivy is talking to Caleb about how hard it is to say good-bye to Raj. Caleb explains that everyone grieves differently and Raj's family did a funeral for him the best way that they could, to honor his memories. Meanwhile, Naomi is spying on PJ to find out what he is doing and where he is going. Of course, he catches her squatting next to a car in a big floppy hat; much to her surprise and embarrassment. But Naomi confronts PJ about his dirty secrets ala Jenn and he hands her a box and tells her to open it. Turns out that it is a box of Cuban cigars and his big secret is that he is a Republican and Jenn hates them so she considers that a dirty secret. There might be more to the story than meets the eye, from the look of things. Meanwhile, Naomi regales Annie with the story of how PJ caught her in the garage spying on him where she pretended that she was peeing, as she couldn't come up with a better excuse at the spur of the moment. When Adrianna gets home to see Dixon, Naveed is staying at the house and she gets suspicious over the fact that Dixon has ditched her. She goes through his date book to find nothing so she looks at his lap top to see the shows secret location. Meanwhile, Annie goes to talk to PJ where he admits that he's messing with Naomi, just having fun with her though he really likes her. He admits that he may be broke soon because if he is not married by the time he is 28, he loses his trust fund, and hence it's imperative that he get married before that, if he wants any part of his trust fund. PJ thinks that Naomi may be the one but he only has two weeks to find a way around the clause in his trust, and is hence in a quandary. Silver confronts Liam about telling Naveed about her cancer tests, and is visibly angry about his betrayal; he in turn defends himself by telling her that he did not do it. It is realized that Vanessa most likely spilled but Liam is reluctant to believe it. Adrianna goes down to where Haley Reinhardt is performing where she learns from the singer that Dixon will be performing as well. This totally throws her off and she storms out. Time for the Irish service at the beach where Caleb hands Annie his jacket. Naomi is so excited for Annie and for the relationship with PJ but she does not reveal his trust fund secret. Vanessa shows Liam her true colors by revealing that she blackmailed the producer of this new film so that he could get the lead. He tells her to get all her stuff and get out even though she claims that she loves him. Time to be honest at Raj's beachside funeral where they have a great fire and cocktails. The group shares memories of their lost friend. Ivy breaks down and tells everyone that Raj was a liar by wishing that they could have been together longer but weren't. She was especially hurt when he said that he did not love her anymore even though he was just trying to protect her already breaking heart, and was trying to save her a barrel full of pain. Annie tries to put her feelings for Caleb aside while Naveed and Silver have a sit-down where he tells her that he wished she had asked him to stay and not go to Princeton. He tells her he will be there all the way, whatever happens. Liam comes home to an empty apartment and an empty register while Silver comes home to her test results. Adrianna finds out from Naveed that Dixon has left to go on tour with Haley even though she has given up some of her dreams for him. When Annie gets home, Naomi is sitting with PJ when she flashes her new engagement ring. Guess PJ could not get out of his marriage clause. Over at Liam's, Silver stops by with her genetic test results. They apparently confirm that she tested positive which leads her and Liam to get it on. At the beach, Ivy is ready to surf in the dark and someone passes her and says that she must have a death wish. Clearly she does and runs into the surf. The episode ends at this point.

The episode begins with Naomi staring at her engagement ring happily. PJ comes in and the two share a few romantic moments together. Pj tells her that, his family wants that his wife take his family name. She agrees to change her last name. Meanwhile, Silver and Liam have spent the night together, Silver wakes up and rushes to leave, as she has an important appointment. Silver confirms with Liam that they are never going to talk about their night together, but Liam clearly feels otherwise, although he reluctantly agrees. Meanwhile, Adrianna is packing up and leaving as she is hurt about Dixon leaving for his show without telling him. Navid tries to calm her down, but to no avail. Just as she is leaving they see Austin at the door. Meanwhile Annie and Naomi are waiting for Silver; she comes in and says she was at the yoga class. They feel something is fishy and assume, she gotten back with Navid. She lies to them that it was Navid. Naomi gives Silver her good news that she is getting married. Later, the three try on dresses for Naomi's marriage. They are shocked to hear that PJ wants to marry Naomi in two weeks. Silver leaves to meet Navid, while Annie tries to talk some sense into Naomi. Annie tells Naomi the truth about why PJ has to get married in two weeks, and how he will lose all his money if he doesn't. Naomi though is cool about it, and says that she is sure he loves her just like she loves him. Meanwhile, Ivy is still trying her best to get over her pain. She then crosses the road without caring about the oncoming traffic and nearly gets hit. Later, Annie tells Ivy about Naomi's marriage. Naomi comes in and gets agitated about the fact that everyone is so concerned. Naomi then tells PJ about how her friends feel, and that they should have a small get-together so her friends can get to know him better. Meanwhile, Austin tells Navid how his father got him out of trouble and jail-time, and also shows interest in Adrianna, now that she and Dixon are broken up. Navid clearly not pleased with this, and leaves. Meanwhile, at the bar Silver tells Liam that she is suppose to meet Navid. Liam tells Silver that he has feelings for her, and that he couldn't have slept with her otherwise. Silver pushes Liam away, and tells him she wants Navid. Navid comes in and she tells him that, she has the cancer gene. She tells Navid to move back in with her. Meanwhile, Caleb comes to Annie's house to meet her. He asks her why she is avoiding him. She says she has been busy, and wants her space; he gets the message and leaves. Later, Annie tells Ivy that she likes him, and because Caleb is becoming a priest, she can do nothing about her like. Ivy tells her that life is short, and to just go for it. Meanwhile, Austin comes to the bar and tells Adrianna that, she should go solo and try country music. He tells her that, his dad is rich and can help. Adrianna agrees. Meanwhile, Annie and Liam plan for Naomi's party. Annie tells Liam to get an ice sculpture for the party, and sends Navid to help. Liam is clearly uncomfortable with Navid being around, from the look of things. Meanwhile, Annie apologies to Naomi about bringing up the trust fund thing. Annie then tells Naomi about Caleb. Naomi then asks Annie to be her maid of honor. Later, Noami is shocked to see that the intimate gathering PJ had promised, is actually a huge boat party. Meanwhile, Caleb meets Annie at the party; he too has been invited by PJ. She then confesses to Caleb that she might be falling in love with him. On hearing this he leaves abruptly. Meanwhile, Naomi is sitting all alone and lost, as PJ is busy with his friends. Naomi tells Silver that she is worried about him marrying her only for the trust fund, especially after seeing the lavish party he has thrown. Meanwhile, Navid and Liam are readying to unload the sculpture, Navid confesses to Liam that he wants to be there for Silver, but thinks she is moving too fast. Liam advises Navid that he should go back to Princeton and follow his dreams. Meanwhile, Adrianna and Austin arrive at the party, and Adrianna is called on to the stage to perform. Austin prompts her to sing the country song he gave her, and gives her company with it. She then sings a soulful number which is loved by the guests. Meanwhile, Liam and Navid are carrying the ice sculpture to the boat. Naomi in the meanwhile, is still contemplating what she should do about the whole marriage thing. Meanwhile, Navid is visibly disturbed to see Adrianna hug and kiss Austin after the song. He confronts Austin about it, and pushes him for moving in on Adrianna while Dixon is away. The ice sculpture breaks Austin's fall along with it breaking. Meanwhile, Caleb stops Ivy from surfing in the rough sea waters. Ivy in the bargain brings up Annie and how he is hurting her. Ivy then snatches the surfboard back from Caleb and goes ahead for the surf. Meanwhile, Liam questions Navid about his behavior. Silver walks in worried if Liam has said something to Navid. Navid tells Silver that, Liam made him realize that he should be with her, much to Liam's shock. Navid tells Silver that he loves her, and that he wants to stick with her. Meanwhile, at the party Naomi and Austin talk. The two then discuss about each other's lives, with Austin surprised that Naomi chose PJ, although she is so independent. Just then PJ makes an announcement, and it turns out he has named his boat Naomi. She is at a loss for words, and runs out of there crying. He runs after her questioning her about what's wrong, she tells him that she knows about his trust fund. She tells him that "there is no way to separate your money from who you are". She then tells him "if I marry you I won't really know if you married me because you love me, or because of all this" She tells him that she can't marry him. PJ tells her that, he loves her "but it's a lot of money", so he doesn't know what he should do. Later, Annie consoles a crying Naomi, sitting all alone in her car. She tells Annie that, she has to be sure that PJ truly loves her, and it's up to him to convince her. She thanks Annie for being honest with her. Meanwhile, Adrianna comes in and Austin is pleasantly surprised to see her after all that happened. She tells him that it feels good to know someone really believes in her. She tells Austin to be his manager. Meanwhile, Annie sees Caleb, who tells her, he hasn't been honest with himself, and kisses her. Meanwhile, Social Services knocks at Ivy's door, telling her that, they have a warrant for taking her away, as she is a danger to herself. It turns out Caleb is the one who filed the case. She is shocked to hear this. Meanwhile, Silver thanks Liam for convincing Navid. He tells her that he wanted her to be happy, that is why he kept their thing a secret. The two, then end up kissing once again. Just then, Silver pushes Liam away saying it can't happen. Liam then tells her "don't tell me that you don't have feelings, never tell me that, because we both know that is not true". The episode ends at this point.

Navid begins to suspect that Liam and Silver hooked up, so he decides to confront Liam on the red carpet of Liam's latest movie premiere. Annie and Caleb continue to fight their attraction to one another, but finally give into temptation. Meanwhile, Naomi has been hired to plan the wedding of an heiress and discovers she knows the groom a little too well, whom happens to be her former nerd beau Max. Elsewhere, Austin enlists his father, Judd Ridge (guest star Billy Ray Cyrus), to help launch Adrianna's new country-western career.

The episode begins with Naomi, Silver and Annie bringing Ivy some donuts, to the facility she is being kept at. Ivy though is no very appreciative, as she is clearly unhappy at being held against her will at an "insane asylum". Annie tells Ivy that Caleb was just worried about her. Silver tells Ivy that they would have let her go if the doctors there didn't think she would be a danger to herself. Ivy feels that nobody understand what she is going through, so she feels talking about it won't help her. Ivy is clearly frustrated and tells them to leave. While walking out the three girls discuss about Erin's cancer gene. She says she is a little nervous as she has her first mammogram. Navid is taking her. Annie is happy for her and Navid, although Erin clearly isn't too happy when she says "I am a lucky girl", in reply. Meanwhile, Adrianna is back to get some of her stuff which she forgot to pack. Navid in the meanwhile, brings up Adrianna relationship status, and asks her to give Dixon a second chance. She in turn tells him that she is meeting up with Austin her new manager. He has set up a really huge meeting. Adrianna explains to Navid that Austin is a good person and has been helping her a lot. Whereas, Navid feels Austin has a selfish motive for helping her. Meanwhile, Annie and Naomi discuss their relationships, with Annie frustrated about not sharing a kiss with Caleb, since the time they last kissed after Naomi's engagement party. Caleb is actually finding it difficult to come to terms with things, as he wanted to be a priest his whole life. Annie and Caleb hang out in public to avoid temptation. Meanwhile, Naomi is meeting with a potential client. She is back in business after her whirlwind romance. Meanwhile, Navid thanks Liam for stepping up and helping Silver during her hour of need. Navid is nervous about him having to take Silver to the doctor later on. Liam just tells him to be there for her. Meanwhile, Naomi is entertaining her client, Madison. Madison tells Naomi she is getting married. Naomi isn't too happy to hear that, although she pretends otherwise. Meanwhile at the clinic Silver is nervous about the mammogram, Navid tries calming him down. But he doesn't know what would make her feel better, he brings up Liam's mention in the middle of all this, and also how he had taken Liam's advice about this, as he had accompanied Silver for checkups earlier. Silver is surprised to hear this. Meanwhile, a nurse comes and asks Silver a list of questions which is a standard procedure. One of the questions is about she being pregnant, and Navid is surprised that Silver doesn't give a straight answer to the question. Later, Silver tells Navid that after Greg and before she got back together with him, there was someone else. She tells him that it doesn't matter who it was, she only did it because she was freaked out and vulnerable. Silver wants to go back to the doctor and confirm if she is pregnant. Navid suggests that they should wait for the results. Meanwhile, Caleb and Annie are on their date at the tar pits. They seem to be having a good time. Meanwhile, Adriana is waiting with Austin for the meeting. Just then she finds out that her meeting is with Austin's dad the famous country singer Judd Ridge. Austin introduces Adriana to his father, and asks for him to allow her one song, in one of his shows, to help launch her career. Judd agrees to give her an opportunity on a show, he has slated for the next day. Meanwhile, on their date at the pits, a nun recognizes Caleb. She seems rather disapproving of Caleb being seen with a woman. After the awkward encounter Annie tells Caleb that they can't keep going on like this. Caleb tells her that he has to make a decision. Later, Naomi tells Annie that she is the planner for Madison's wedding. She has resolved to keep her emotions aside while she plans it. Meanwhile, Diego arrives to meet Ivy, as he wants to have a talk with her. Annie and Naomi, tells him where Ivy is, and asks him to talk to her. He says "talking is not what she needs right now" and leaves. Meanwhile, a visibly disturbed Navid tells Liam that, Silver might be pregnant. Meanwhile, Madison is impressed with Naomi's arrangement. The only thing she isn't happy with is the venue; she tells Naomi that she wants something more romantic. Meanwhile, Diego arrives to meet Ivy and tells her that he wants to sneak her out of there; he has stolen an access card of the door, for the same. Meanwhile, Judd Ridge and his band rehearse their act. Judd then tells Adrianna to ready herself mentally for her act, as she has to perform in front of a few thousand people. Austin tries pumping up a nervous Adriana. She in turn ends up feeling like Austin is no better than Dixon, as he too like Dixon is putting his career in front of her. Adriana feels that working with him was probably a mistake, and leaves. Meanwhile, Naomi takes Madison to the kind of spot she wanted for the wedding. It's the same venue Naomi had chosen for her marriage. Madison then gives Naomi a newspaper cutout, so Naomi gets an idea of the kind of wedding gown she wants. The cutout is of PJ's marriage to some other girl. Naomi is shocked to see it. Naomi is in tears and reveals to Madison about her cancelled marriage with PJ. Later, Naomi wallows in self pity while getting drunk, and tells Annie how love does not exist. Meanwhile, Silver confides in Adriana that she might be pregnant, and it's not Navid's. She also confesses to Adriana that, she might have feelings for the guy who she is possibly pregnant with. Meanwhile, Diego has managed to break Ivy out. He takes her to his very own graffiti wall, where he vents out, any time he feels low. He wants Ivy to do the same, to make herself feel better. Meanwhile, Liam on his way to the premier tells Adriana about this new girl in his life and how she might be pregnant. Adriana is shocked to hear it. Meanwhile, Caleb comes to meet Annie and tells Annie that he badly wants to be with her. The two then make out. Meanwhile, at the event Adriana and Navid get to talking about Silver's pregnancy. Navid feels Adriana knows something more than he does. Adriana skirts the issue and tells him to talk to Silver. Meanwhile, Annie and Caleb have at last slept together. Meanwhile, Ivy expresses herself on the wall in her own way, and is finally able to say a goodbye to Raj. She thanks Diego for it, just then the cops drive in. Meanwhile at the event, Liam tells Silver that maybe he and she are meant to be together. Navid in the meanwhile is shocked to see them so close together. Navid figures out things, and confronts Liam about it. He then punches Liam right in front of everyone. The two then have a public brawl with Naomi and Adriana interfering. Silver meanwhile comes in and informs them that she is not pregnant. Meanwhile, Austin comes in to talk to Annie about Adriana and how she thinks; he framed Dixon for the fire. Austin wants Annie to tell Adriana the truth. Annie says that she can't, as it would create problems for others, and also her. Meanwhile, Caleb overhears the whole conversation. Meanwhile, Diego tells Ivy that he is in the country illegally, just as the cops check their IDs. Diego makes a run for it, as he doesn't want to get deported, a cop runs after him. Later, Silver is unable to answer Navid's questions about how Silver feels about Liam. Meanwhile, Naomi arrives at Madison's doorstep to apologize, and to tell her that she shall plan her wedding after all. Naomi is then introduced to Madison's fianc, who is none other than Max. The episode ends at this point.

A reluctant Naomi tries to sabotage the bachelorette party she has to host for Max's fiance Madison (guest star Caitlin Thompson), where Madison's childhood crush, Nick Carter, makes a surprise appearance. At Max's bachelor party, Liam and Navid get into a fist fight over Silver and the evening comes to an quick end with several people at both parties getting hauled to jail. Meanwhile, Ivy blames Annie and Caleb for Diego having to go on the run after they report him to the police for vandalizing the wall of a church with graffiti.

A Tale of Two Parties

The episode begins with Max rehearsing in front of the mirror for his wedding. Naomi is making him try out tuxedos for the weeding. He then tells her about his business, which ranks in the fortune 500. Naomi is happy to hear about his success. He also tells Naomi about his and Madison's whirlwind romance. Naomi then confirms with Max if he is ok with her planning his wedding. Just then Madison comes in and requests Naomi to host her bachelorette party. Madison confirms that she is absolutely fine with the past Naomi and Max had. Meanwhile, Austin tries to make Liam feel better after all that happened at the premiere. Austin in the meanwhile has called Adrianna who comes in and is informed by him that she has been chosen to star in a music video. Liam then asks Adrianna about Silver. Adrianna says she is still confused, which Liam thinks is a good thing, as that means he still has a shot. Meanwhile, Annie comes to know that Caleb quit the seminary. Meanwhile, Adrianna asks Sliver for her opinion on a song she has composed for the video. Silver feels that probably Liam and Navid both hate her after all that has transpired. Meanwhile, Navid apologizes to Austin for being hard on him earlier. Navid admits to Austin that it's difficult to come to terms with what happened between Liam and Silver. Navid feels its Liam who is to be blamed for taking advantage of Silver. Meanwhile Max comes in an invites Navid to his bachelor party. Navid isn't too happy to hear that he has also invited Liam. Max asks Austin to handle the entertainment at his party. Meanwhile, Austin plans to punish Annie's friend because of who he nearly went to jail. Meanwhile, Ivy who is searching for Diego gets told by one of his friends that she has caused enough trouble, and she is the one who he is hiding from. The doctor in the meanwhile, informs Silver that if she waits too long to get her ovaries removed, she could get ovarian cancer. The doctor suggests that she freeze her embryo, before getting an operation done on her breasts and ovaries. Meanwhile, Navid comes in to see Silver at the doctor's and sees Liam sitting there, to meet her too. The two are about to trade blows when Silver comes in and stops them. Later, Liam calls Annie to the bar so she can meet Caleb, who is trying to drink his sorrows away. Caleb tells Annie that he quit because he is weak, and because he broke his vow and gave into temptation. Meanwhile, Ivy comes in and tells Annie about Diego. She blames Caleb for all that happened to Diego and her. Meanwhile at the party, Naomi mixes alcohol into the punch bowl. Her plan is to get Madison drunk so she can reveal something that would reflect her in a bad light. Meanwhile, Silver asks Adrianna how it feels to be pregnant. Adrianna tells her that it was the most amazing experience of her life. Meanwhile, at Max's party Liam and Navid once again lock horns. Max in the meanwhile is trapped between their vendettas and doesn't know how to react. Meanwhile, Austin gets call girls to the party, as a part of the entertainment. Meanwhile, Naomi at Madison's party is busy getting her drunk. Adrianna then steps onstage and begins to perform. The girls at the party enjoy her signing and acknowledge that with a loud applause. Just then Nick Carter, Madison's childhood crush walks into the party. Madison goes berserk on seeing him. Naomi then spills some drink on Nick and tells Madison to help him get cleaned up, and sends the two packing to the changing room. She is basically trying to get Madison to sleep with Nick, so Naomi can prove to Max that Madison isn't such a good girl after all. Meanwhile, Annie tells Ivy to meet Diego in PJ's boat which Naomi kept despite breaking up her engagement. Annie feels it would be the safest place for the two to meet. Meanwhile, Naomi enters the changing room with a camera, hoping to catch Nick and Madison having sex, but instead she sees Madison telling Nick fondly about her relationship with Max. Adrianna then drags Naomi away and tells her that she is just kidding herself when she says she is trying to protect Max, and the fact is that she still loves Max. Naomi then admits to Adrianna that she still loves Max. Adrianna asks Naomi to tell Max her feelings before he gets married. Meanwhile, Austin tempts Bree with money, to get her to sleep with him, so he can catch her red-handed. He tells her that he just wants to have some fun no strings attached. Bree falls for his wiles and ultimately agrees. Meanwhile, Ivy and Diego are lying in each other's arms in PJ's boat. The two then say their 'I Love Yous', and decide to part ways, planning to meet up with each other once things have calmed down a bit. Meanwhile, Austin gets Bree to confess that she wants five thousand dollars, to spend the night with him. He pays her the money and the two begin to make out, just then the LAPD barges into the room and arrests them, saying they have been tipped off about an illegal activity. Meanwhile, at Madison's party, Madison all drunk smashes the glass of an aquarium and is immediately arrested. Meanwhile at the precinct, Naomi tells Annie that she can't imagine how she should tell Max that she still loves him, especially since he has such a nice and sweet fianc. Meanwhile, the two of them are shocked to see the guys too being brought in by the cops on Bree's complaint that, they are all underage and were drinking illegally. Annie is shocked to see that Caleb is also a part of that group. Annie is later told by a cop that Caleb is 21 and hence they have released him. Bree meanwhile tells Austin that if she goes down she will drag Annie with her too. Austin in turn offers her a deal and tells her that, he will lie to the cops that he is dating her, if she owns up to burning the sorority house. Bree takes the deal. Meanwhile, Silver comes in jail to meet Navid and Liam, they in turn ask her who between the two of them, does she want to be with. She in turn tells them that she wants to have a baby, and wants to have it now. She asks them who of the two is up for that. Both of them are seemingly taken aback by her question and remain silent. Silver says she expected this and walks away. Meanwhile, Adrianna apologizes to Austin for misunderstanding him in the whole sorority fire fiasco. She asks him to be her manager again. Meanwhile, Annie finds Caleb in a church. Just then Ivy comes in with Diego, who tells them that he will be safe from the cops if he takes sanctuary in a church. He wants Caleb and Annie's help with it. Meanwhile Max asks Naomi if he is rushing into things as far as his marriage is concerned, Naomi is about to say something but just then Madison walks in and apologizes to Naomi for her behavior. Max and Madison then walk away, with Naomi looking on in despair. The episode ends at this point.

In the fourth season finale, Naomi shocks everyone when she announces she won't be able to oversee Max's wedding because she has accepted a job in New York City and will be leaving immediately, but Max suspects that the reason for her departure is that she may still have feelings for him. Teddy returns for a visit and learns what went on while he was away. Dixon also returns from touring with his band where he asks Adrianna to give their relationship a second chance. Adrianna agrees, but soon regrets it when Dixon fails to show up at their meeting spot and she thinks he bailed on her again to jump on another chance for his music career, but in reality he collapses after suffering another heart murmur and leaving his life in balance. Meanwhile, Silver feels like she has to choose between Navid and Liam and makes a life-changing decision for her well being. Also, Vanessa makes one final appearance and has a lethal plan to finish off Silver, but Adrianna sees her while waiting for Dixon and goes after Vanessa to save Silver's life. Elsewshere, Annie's past as a paid escort finally catches up to her after the troubled and deranged Ivy maliciously tips off both Annie's friends, and the police, to Annie's former profession, which also results in some life changes for both Annie and Ivy.

The episode begins with Naomi calling up Max to remind him to be at his wedding rehearsal, from which he is strangely absent. Just then Rachel comes in. She is there to see how she lost a job to one of her former interns. Rachel then offers Naomi a job after seeing how good a job she is doing with Max's wedding. Just then Max comes in and takes Naomi aside. He tells Naomi that Madison is still hung up from the bachelorette party, and is throwing up. He tells Naomi to be Madison's stand in for the rehearsal. Meanwhile, Diego is trying to petition for a green card. He is warned that if he loses the petition he might be deported and never be able to return. The lawyer tells Diego and Ivy to hold a rally and start a petition so their senator can get a special bill passed, so he can get a green card. Caleb decides to help with this and decides to get in touch with the senators office to do so. Meanwhile, Austin shows Liam the video of Adrianna signing at Naomi's engagement. The video it turns out has gone viral. Austin tells Liam that his dad is giving Adrianna a second chance and she is going to open for his father on his tour starting in Vegas. Just then he sees a call coming in from Dixon on Adrianna's phone, but doesn't pick up. Liam is surprised to know that the movie in which he acted, and got bad reviews for has managed to earn $55 million. Austin tells Liam to enjoy his success, and not mope over Silver. Navid in the meanwhile, comes and tells Silver that he is ready to have a kid with her. Silver is overjoyed to hear this. Meanwhile, Naomi is walking down the aisle in Max's wedding rehearsal. Naomi directs everyone as to how things would pan out; at the altar she kisses Max and then runs out. Later when Naomi asks Max about last night and the things he said; he tells her he was too drunk and remembers nothing. Meanwhile, a girl walks up to Adrianna and tells her how much she loved her video. Meanwhile, Navid is trying to be romantic with Silver, so they can get in the mood to have the baby. Navid and Silver then discuss if they should rekindle their relationship. Meanwhile, Caleb and Annie are busy making out. Just then Naomi comes in. She is still frustrated with Max getting married. She tells Annie she kissed Max and went weak in the knees. Just then Madison comes in. Madison then gives Naomi a gift to thank her for standing in for her at the rehearsal. She then tells Naomi that they have bought a house across the street from hers, and hence they would be neighbors. Meanwhile, Caleb and Ivy have managed to organize a rally for Diego. Adrianna would be performing at the rally, and the crowd is also reminded of the petition it has to sign. Meanwhile, Liam and Silver meet up at the party and are awkward around each other. Just then Caleb comes and tells Liam that the press he invited is there. Meanwhile, Naomi sees Max and Madison at a caf. Madison tells Naomi that she wants to set her up with someone. Naomi in turn informs them that she is taking up a job in New York, and has to start immediately. Max and Madison are shocked to hear his, but Naomi tells them that her assistants with handle everything concerning the marriage. Meanwhile, Austin tells Adrianna that Dixon has been calling all day. Adrianna then receives a voice mail from Dixon saying he misses her. She then hears other messages telling her how much he wants her back and how sorry he is. She then hears the last message from him telling her that he is coming back home. He tells her to meet him at the Santa Monica pier. Later Diego tells Ivy that the senator feels his case isn't unique enough to get the senator's attention. Diego tells Ivy that he plans to turn himself in. Ivy pleads with him to not do this, but he says it's going to be ok and leaves with his lawyer. Meanwhile at Max's wedding Navid tells Silver that he wants to have a baby with her only if he knows she is in the relationship for the long haul. Meanwhile, Caleb is feeling guilty about giving up his priesthood; he blames himself for what happened to Diego. Meanwhile at the party, Liam tells Ivy how badly he wants to be with Silver. Ivy then rushes out of the party after realizing something. Meanwhile Adrianna is at the pier waiting for Dixon. Meanwhile, Austin tells Naomi that he always thought Max and she would end up together. Austin then tells Naomi much to her surprise that Max wasn't drinking at the bachelor party. Naomi then realizes that Max might have feeling for her and hence had lied to her earlier, and runs out to meet Max. Later it is shown that Naomi is stuck in traffic on the way to meeting Max. Meanwhile, Liam at the party tells Silver that he and she would be great together. He tells her that he doesn't want a baby right now, but he does want her. Later Silver tells Annie that she is confused about whom between the two boys she wants to be with. She has no idea what she has to do. Meanwhile, Adrianna leaves the pier without meeting Dixon. Meanwhile, just as the vows are about to be read and Max and Madison are about to be married, Naomi comes in. Naomi yells "stop" from outside the chapel doors. She then runs in and tells Max that she loves him. Max is completely tongue tied and too shocked to say anything. Naomi then walks out of the chapel, after her confession. Meanwhile, Ivy buys a one way ticket to Mexico City, in order to meet Diego who has been deported there. Meanwhile, Annie tells Caleb to not give up his priesthood, as he is losing his identity in the process of giving it up. The two then kiss and part ways. He tells her before she leaves that "I have no regrets", she replies "me neither". Meanwhile, Naomi apologizes to Max for her abrupt behavior. Max tells Naomi that he didn't marry Madison. He tells Naomi that he is still in love with her. The two then end up passionately kissing, each other. Meanwhile, Silver tells Teddy that she wants to have a baby with him, rather than choose Navid or Liam. She wants to have a baby with Teddy because they have been through a lot together. She wants the father of the baby to be someone who she knows will always be in her life. Meanwhile, Vanessa comes to meet Liam. She reminds Liam that she is her manger, and also that his movie has been picked up for a sequel. He doesn't want to do the movie if she is involved, but Vanessa tells him that it's not an option, as he has signed a contract. She then apologizes to Liam and also tells him how she hasn't stopped thinking about him. She begs him for a second chance. Meanwhile, Dixon gives Navid a call and asks him to tell Adrianna that Dixon loves her. Just then a trailer truck is shown ramming into Dixon's vehicle. Meanwhile, Adrianna flies away with Austin for the concert. She tells Austin before leaving that Dixon never showed up. Meanwhile emergency services are shown arriving at the spot where Dixon's vehicle met with an accident. The episode ends at this point.
