it can be both as he knows she thinks wayyy too much, but with the look of him it seemed like his last goodbye and telling her how he feels :(

yea she knows that he doesn't express in words normally so if he is saying now means there may be some big problem but it was a good bye confession from arnav,he said it as his last wish but v know khushi is going to save him 😆

He. Can't. Die...

It's a confession and I don't know about it being a clue or not! It just happened! But just in case it's a clue - it looks like Khushi is taking it in a right spirit to help him; and she's not believing that he is in Scotland. Why would she visit the police station otherwise?
