Ahem-Gopi-Anita's 'Ring of Fire'

I'm sure all of you must have followed the eclipse story. The sun, moon and Earth lined up today for a spectacular "Ring of Fire". It was visible from my home town SFO ...yipppy😳. ...if anybody is interested I followed it on Slooh.com😊. This reminded me of Ahem, Gopi & Anita lol 😆 Are you surprised 😛? A little ring of the sun remains visible around the moon's dark disk, even at the height of the eclipse...well, Gopi surely has tamed her EMji but he is still rough and bright around the edges and that's what makes him Ahem Modi😆. Not trying to justify his outburst at Gopi, after the quick hello, hi & bye-bye from the party. But Ahem is Gopi's knight in shining armor and will remain so forever😳. Anita will not be able to do anything but together Gohem will only make their relationship stronger after going through the RING OF FIRE!! 😃

I think that today Ahem & Gopi share a beautiful relationship in which all the joys and sorrows can be shared by pair of them...they may not be very vocal and open with each other on few things but they do care immensely for each other...so, the foundation of their relationship is on the principles of truth, trust, loyalty and almost equality. What I like about Ahem is when he hated Gopi, he hated her with all his might and never hid under the covers...he was rude, blunt and obnoxious. But he was always brutally honest!😃 Well, when he gradually understood her and fell in love with her... he took care of her, tried to boost Gopi's morale and given her the confidence which she lacked. Now they have both actually submit to each other and don't even know it!😛😆 Now that brings us to the next qs...What is submission?
😛Submission is another way to compromise oneself for the other. Submission is cooperation. Submission is giving way to something we want or something they want.

No rotten tomatoes but Ahem had to bow down to Gopi's level to understand her and accept her...Full marks to Gopi for keeping her calm and enduring all the pain...finally she went to school to study only for him. So basically Ahem and Gopi have both compromised it maybe 20/80 or 40/60 or 60/40 but both have made some adjustments. The point I'm trying to make is they both love and care for each other so no explaining will be needed. 😃 Only a hug followed by a kiss will do the trick😊 ( hopeless romantic😳)

I like to talk only about the sun & the moon but unfortunately we had to enjoy the eclipse from the earth so earth is an equally important part 😆. Same way Anita is an equally important link for Gohem's love story. 😃 That conversation with Anita was wrong but ... To err is to be human😊... And everything in marriage is not going to fit into its nice little comfort zone all the time. Gopi and Ahem may not fight like some couples but Ahem sure yells and Gopi cries behind closed doors. This is plain misunderstanding which will be cleared in time. I would say this is normal marriage stuff that usually ends with repentance and forgiveness and same woiuld have happened that's why when Anita came knocking at Gohem's door for chit chat Gopi came marching to Ahem's rescue 😉. Together they'll forge ahead in LL Anita can get set to be kicked out😆.

In Ahem's defense... all I can say that sometimes situations and circumstances force us to say or do things which are beyond our control. In the Mahabarata, a Bhishma pitahmah and a Drona sat with their head bent in shame as the ruling Kauravas put the hapless Draupadi to distasteful humiliation...the cheer haran.
I know this topic is too fascinating, and like the Pandora's box difficult to fathom and put to analysis but still I have tried to clarify few things😃

I liked your analysis. Anita unknowingly may do good to Gopi and Ahem's relationship.

Nobody has frozen her in the path of annularity😛. It is just that her troubles also move like ...from solar eclipse to lunar to venus moving between earth and sun😉. she does not live in dark ages...has enjoyed the bright and sunny days too. yes, eclipse has lasted longer than expected but this is human drama ...so alleviated pain leads to alleviated gain. 😉😆

Marriage is not about the comfort zones.. It is not about politeness, being politically correct and thinking before playing your emotions out..

We are after all human and we have our own frustrations, anger, sadness that come out in different ways. We have regret, repent and redeem but that is for later..😛

Gopi and Ahem have, before Anitha came on scene been in a place in their marriage where they thought everything was rosy.. However Anitha's entrance is making them rethink their marriage in a way that cannot but make them realize their love for each other..

Marriage is not remaining in comfort zones or about praising the other for their goodness and strength. It is about confronting weakness, the uncomfortable uneasiness.. It is about learning to love and being in love in spite of the weakness..

That is what is happening now.. A compromise and a union that will make Gopi and Ahem equals.. Ahem has to see where he is wrong. Gopi has to see where she is wrong too..

They will reach a proper conclusion and by the end a marriage of equals😃

This track is actually helping in bringing out all the conflicting issues out in the open. Yes, we cannot always remain in comfort zone... have to come out of our territory to enjoy the thrills and chills of married life 😉 His shock is genuine, his fury is genuine, his love is genuine so is his apology. Human beings can excel but they cannot become perfect so Gopi's EEM ji is not at all perfect nor is she😛. There is no end to excellence and equality. We can keep striving for it. It is an endless journey. But perfection? it is a blind alley. A state which cannot be improved upon. From which no further growth is possible so both Gohem will never be perfect but will learn to live and relish each others imperfection perfectly by the end of this track😛
