It is akshay... as when Tanisha and her doctor were doing artficial insemenation,she asked akshay to get her speciemn to do some ttests and thats how mamta got pregenanr

it is akshay, because tanisha got the doc to do akshay's sperm test thing-what ever they usually do...they took the sperm and took mamta's egg and then put it in2 Mamta's womb...thats hw akshay and mamta r krish's biological parents without making love!!!

krish's father is Akshay. Tanisha hires Mamta as surrogate mother and gives money which Mamta needs for her dad's treatment.
