Hey guys...
Gosh it feels so good to finally be free from uni...I was simply too busy last week, and exhausted from all that work. Can you guys believe it I still haven't seen Thursday's and Friday's episodes...only read the updates, so I have a bit of clue what's happening in the show =D
Anyways, without wasting any time lemme start with today's update.
It begins with Ganga saying 'I can't accept this, my child. The thing is that we have a ritual that the kaleva is to be brought before sunsets and the D-I-L gives it to her M-I-L with her own hands and till she gives it to me I cannot accept it." Krishna is still rushing through the meeting and looks at the time; the clock struck 6pm. Ganga says "do one thing...take all this back home because I don't think Krishna will be back on time." Krishna is rushing her way home. "It's okay if this ritual isn't done." Ravi says "please do not say that, my family has prepared this for you with such love, please accept it." Ganga looks at Ravi, while everyone looks on at the two, (Evil sasu amma...isko line pe laana hi padega!) Krishna still on her way home. Everyone is waiting for Krishna to arrive. Krishna finally rushes inside, Pinto doesn't seem too happy. Ganga says "did I not tell you before you left for office that if you don't come back on time the kaleva will not be accepted." Krishna looks at pinto and thinks "I thought, in fact I even tried to make it here on time, but I failed. You said that everything will be done if you think about it." Pinto thinks "don't know why it didn't happen. If it can happen with me then it can..." Both just look on at each other.
Ganga gets up and is leaving just when ravi enters with the kaleva calling out to Krishna. (YAY! mera bhai aagaya!) Krishna and Pinto smile, Krishna seeks Ravi's blessings. Ravi says 'Krishna you are impossible, how could you go to the office on the 1st day after your wedding? What was so important? Did you not know that I was coming here with the kaleva? Thank god I saw your car on the way and came back." Ravi looks at ganga and folds his hands. "Look Krishna is here and so am I, kindly accept this kaleva please." Ravi gets the guys to leave the stuff on the table; Ganga says "I'm sorry...madhav, can you arrange some snacks and tea for him please. I guess we should leave the two siblings alone to talk." Sonu says "can I take the sweets?" Tuntun says "of course you can, bring it here...amazing, it seems like some yummy sweet." Tuntun opens the mithai ka dabba and feeds it to sonu and has some himself. He sees Ganga staring at him and in shock coughs out the sweet. (hahaha...since when did he started to get scared from my sasu ji?) "sonu beta, let's go inside." Tuntun takes sonu along with him. Ganga says "sargam come with me, I have some work." Sargam leaves with ganga. Pinto says "you guys sit down and I'll just be back." Pinto indicates Krishna to take care of her brother. Krishna nods with a smile and pinto leaves.
Ganga and sargam are in a room, ganga says "Sargam the stuff that has come from krishna's house, I want you to remove it. And I'll have the stuff kept that meets our status, so that it seems to meet our status when people see it." (triple K hai aap sasu amma...hate you!) Sargam says 'but ma why are you doing that?" Ganga says "so that both our family honor doesn't have to face humiliation." Ganga sees pinto listening to everything at the door, and isn't too pleased about it. Pinto says "I am not feeling ashamed of marrying Krishna. I have no problem how she and her family is! And nor do I have any hesitation to say that no matter how Krishna is, she is my wife!" Ganga looks on at pinto.
Ravi says "How are you Krishna? Is everything ok here?" Krishna says "everything is fine bhaiya." Ravi says "Krishna I never thought we'd all remember you so much after you get married." Krishna is teary eyed. "and yes ma has selected a saree herself for ganga ji and asked me to tell you to give it to her with your own hands." Krishna just nods. "ok I'll take your leave now." Krishna seeks ravi's blessings and hugs her. (cute sibling moment)
Ganga says "I'm still how I used to be...but this kaleva is to show the society and we show what you and your relative's status is. Now whether you like it or not, but the truth is that Krishna and..." Pinto looks at ganga. "The bride and her family's capability will be assumed after they see the kaleva. Now leave and let me prepare the stuff." Pinto leaves in anger, sargam too leaves.
Krishna takes out the saree for Ganga and leaves to give it to her, sargam meets her on the way and says 'Krishna? Where are you going with this saree?" Krishna says "it's for ma...my mother has sent this for her and asked me to give it to her." Sargam says "I understand but ma is still upset." Krishna says "Didi, it's the elders right to be upset, don't' worry." Krishna goes to ganga's room and says "ma ji..." Ganga looks at krishna. "Ma has sent this saree for you, she selected it herself.' Ganga looks at the saree and then at Krishna. She takes the saree and says 'it's nice, I liked it too but do one thing, you keep this saree." Krishna says "pardon?" Ganga says "consider this as a gift from me. Keep it." Krishan takes the saree and says "ma ji, I'll keep this with me forever." Krishna seeks ganga's blessings and leaves with the saree. (kitni kanjoos hai meri saas...meri ma ki di huyi saree mujhe hi de di!)
Pinto is in his room thinking about ganga's words about having the kaleva removed and talking about statuses...Krishna comes in the room and smiles at pinto. Pinto says 'why are you smiling?" Krishna says "I found a way to win ma's heart." Pinto is confused and curious to know about the way. "Don't worry and just watch how I win her heart." Pinto looks on at Krishna and slightly smiles. (haaye mera hottie naughty Pinto)
Vidya says "Mrs Saraswati Raj, did I not tell you that your officer beti will turn out to be a good D-I-L!" Saraswati sees Ravi in thoughts and asks what happened. Ravi says "nothing ma I never gave krishna importance but today when I went to her in laws I felt that she is no more ours. I actually feel her absence." Vidya says "that's why a daughter is called a laxmi." Ravi says "yes and my sister is no less, she went to office on her 1st day after marriage." Vidya laughs, saraswati says "what? She went to the office?" Ravi says 'don't worry, your daughter handled it all, and she'll be happy with pinto ji." Saraswati is relived hearing this.
Back at TTs residence, Krishna is serving pinto ji, Babloo ji forces sonu to sit on the dining table as sonu continues to be stubborn about playing. Babloo says "sit quietly and have your dinner." Krishna is about to serving pinto ji with another dish with the same spoon. Ganga says "what are you doing? Why are you serving him 2 different dishes with the same spoon? We have enough spoons right? Now learn to live our way, you no longer belong to a poor family, but a D-I-L of a respective family." (gosh! ab ek spoon ke lekar bhi taunt maarengi kya? taunt maare bina khaana hazam nhi hota kya? ) Krishna says "I'm sorry, I'll keep that in mind." Sonu was about to leave, sargam grabs him and gets him to sit on the table. Sargam says "this boy is too much..." Krishna says "sonu babu, should I tell you a secret?" sonu says "yes." Krishna says "you'll have to listen to it while eating your dinner." Sonu says 'ok." Krishna says "tell me what do you like the most?" Sargam feeds him as it goes, sonu says "I like the motor car." Krishna says "sonu babu if you want that car then you'll have to study hard. If you follow this then you'll get the motor car." Sonu eats his dinner, Tuntun says 'amazing, D-I-L. you told a very good story. Is my work done?" Krishna hesitates to say it. Tuntun says 'how many times have I explained it to you? It's a matter of our house too right? Do you understand?" Krishna is tensed.
Next morning, Tuntun o the phone, Krishna is leaving for office. Tuntun says "D-I-L are you going to the office?" Krishna says "yes.' Krishna was about to leave but ganga says "stop! You are the D-I-L of this house, kindly dress up properly." Krishna says "ma ji, this is what I always wore." Ganga says 'that was before, but now you are married to my son and the D-I-L of this house...our honor is linked with you too now so from now on you will have to dress up properly. So go and dress up first and then go to office." Krishna does as ganga asked her to. (taunt number...i even forgot the count!)
Krishna goes to her room and gets dressed all nicely, she prays to god and is about to sit in the car, the driver says "madam, office?" Krishna says "yes!" Krishna is about to sit in the car and then says 'no, not office."
Mangal is driving the car in a rush. (gosh, doesn't Krishna realise that the driver is overspeeding?) a blind girl is crossing the road, magal hits the break really hard. Krishna gets out of the car all tensed and sees the girl is blind. Another girl checks out the car and gets all the school kids in the car. Krishna is confused and looks at the girl who apologizes by saying "sorry didi, but what could I do? these kids had an exam and they needed to be in school on time. Can you drop them off to school?" Krishna says "I can drop them to school but what about her?" the girl takes off her glasses and Krishna realizes that she isn't blind. The other girl says "sorry again, but this was our plan to have your car stopped. What can we do? at the age of 16 we can only think of these crazy things." (oh I guess it's introducing the new show.) Krishna says 'you are very naughty but why involve this innocent rachna in your naughty acts?" and it continues... (not going to get in details) both the girls leave, Krishna tells them to leave carefully and gives both a hug. Krishna leaves in her car.
