Suraj drop sandhya at bus stand in
the bus nd give her a dall which
they made during nautanki
(kadhputli dance during safayi
abhiyaan)and Sandhya gave him dall
also...then suraj ji left away...in half
of road he stop the riksha and ran
towards bus stand

In detail WU promo description--
SURYA in the bus; Suraj handover puppets to Sandhya which they made during puppet show for cleaning campaign. Sandhya return male puppet to Suraj. Suraj leave from the bus n sit in the bicycle-auto. Suraj stopped the auto, Bus started. Suraj catching the bus n from the entrance of bus ladder he is trying to look at Sandhya n promo over.. Voice over says-- Diya Baati kaise alag reh sakte hain? This scene is taken place during day time.

Thus, In my perception Sandhya isn't in the bus n that tv9 segment will take place when Suraj find out her n they spend night together.
