Looking at the promo & all the Lucknow hints, which IPKKNDians are talking about, I think somewhere Shyam knows about Arnav's past & is using that rivalry now to get Arnav kidnapped...

May be Shyam - based on his nature - has done some blunder in the past & he was caught by Maliks (Arnav's uncle)... so he promised to be Malik's man and hence married Anjali & wants to destroy Arnav...

Arnav looks sad coz he got to know the depth of what Shyam is trying to do to destroy his family.. and also he understood that Shyam must have duped Gupta's as Khushi was saying..

Phewww...

yepp it can be so, as we know after d shyam fiasco we have another twist of arnavs past...and if dey show chacha and lucknow den we can get a track of arnavs past and khushis relation with him !!!

This definitely has possibilities and this might lead to the mystery about Arnav's past!

I only reason I think its not so is - this will be too much of revelation too soon for a daily soap.. they will then run out of storyline..

But it will be interesting to see.

But somehow Shyam doesn't look like he can kidnap ASR or has kidnapped him! If he had, he would act fishy - albeit for us..
