Reasons why I think only Khushi is being told about the looming Danger:-
(this could be, when that person had asked him whether he is ASR or not at the airport, maybe he was his agent/invesitgator...and he had come to show ASR proofs)
1. Arnav didn't want to upset his pregnant Di, and messaged (or rather asked someone to message) Khushi that he has reached London because he had not told her about his mother's birth anniversary nor about his London trip! So, maybe to deflect the whole family he at first lied...to Khushi and everyone.
He might have thought that since Khushi had received the message, she would tell everyone that he has reached and is okay, little does he know that Khushi is mighty upset. (I think he was still not convinced about the whole 'Khushi is innocent' thing...and hence lied about reaching London!)
2. The blank call.
Maybe he now knew perfectly well what's going on and what WAS going on. Listening upon Anjali's voice and her request to talk to Khushi, he would have had called her up...but cut the call..because he was TOO guilty.
He couldn't summon the courage to talk to Khushi after being proven SO wrong.
3. The call from London.
Amidst all this guilt, heart break, anger and self loathing, Arnav might have forgotten about his London trip and hence, officials would call to inform Khushi that he has not reached. (here they would call Khushi because she is his wife, or maybe she is just the fortunate/unfortunate one to pick up the landline!)
4. How many hours has it been since Arnav has left for London? In the episode, its only been 24 hours and some.
So, now...after all the self loathing and guilt...he decided to call her up as probably he couldn't bear NOT listening to Khushi's voice. Maybe he has decided something. Maybe he thinks that Khushi can take care of his whole family in his absence, maybe he would even change his will while there at the hideout.. thinking of including Khushi in his will this time and probably convincing himself to leave her forever...
5. The "I Love You".
No amount of sorry can right the wrong he did, and he knows that...so probably no sorry and the straight I love you?!
So, after all this, doesn't ONLY Khushi come into the picture?
But, she would get that there is something terribly wrong with Arnav and would save him from inflicting harm at himself.
(The above mentioned can only be true if Arnav is hiding and is not kidnapped!)
IF Arnav is kidnapped, I don't know WHY only Khushi is being called/messaged, because usually...kidnappers don't care about who gives them money as long as they get the money.
Perhaps, Shyam is there behind all this and wants only Khushi to be dragged in...and not his ATM, Anjali?
He thinks he could wipe off Arnav from this face of the earth and wanted to give him the last chance of talking to Khushi? (after all, he is a lowly creep. He could suggest such stuff even to his own Brother In law.)
Maybe the only reason Arnav seemed casual was because he KNOWS that Shyam is behind all this and its not affecting him at ALL? The very reason he seems to be roaming about freely and is not in shackles is because of Shyam? (Shyam could actually think about not tying up Arnav and just keeping him in one room!)
Maybe he had been given his own cell back from Shyam for him to call, and he had wanted to talk to Khushi but cut the call thinking how he would talk to her upon being proven SO wrong about her?
Maybe he has been kidnapped. May be not.
There could be a LOT of reasons for both the sides to be true!
