No it cannot be DK as he needs to get Disha out of this mess. But who it was and what did Ved do to rescue DK is yet to be seen.

3) What is the real motive behind Ved wanting Disha out of jail? Is it 'cause he still loves her or he only wants her to come out so that he can get his revenge?

It is because he loves her. He will do anything to get Disha and marry her.

She will be forced to say that she saw Disha kill Inder . So her gawahi must have gone agianst Disha. She will later say the truth

Kanchan will let her know about this soon. Knowing that DK was killed initally Disha will not want to live and glad she made the right decision at court. But then Kanchan will explain how DK died Disha then will want to live to take revenge on DK's killers.

He wud take revenge from Dish and then realize that she was innocent after all. and so on.
