Out of spite

Can Jagya, once he comes to know about shiv, out of spite -- tell the court that he has changed his mind about anandi, and that he wants to stay in the marriage and work it out with her?

The judge will *have* to grant that. Then what happens?

Anandi can indeed file a case against him for being married to gauri, but at that point the judge will ask why she never said anything to begin with.

After that Jagya can cooly return to Bombay leaving anandi hanging without a divorce.

If Anandi and Jagya has been living separately for more than 2 years she can get divorce on the basis of desertation.

yeah very much possible for jag..he can do that...but he cant be in a safe zone..even if judge will ask anandi that y she hide the fact...that doesnt mean...anandi's hiding can remove jagat's crime...his crime will remain the same and punishable at any point of time..yeah may be court will warn anandi or some penality...but jag cant be a free bird😆

wese one best thing..anandi can say she came to know about it recently😈...and that unlikely to happen😆

There is no need for Anandi to lie... she did not want to prosecute his fraud till now. There is no statute of limitation... and if there is then I cannot imagine that it will have expired already.
