In Arjun's defence

I dont think he is playing with anyone's emotions or cheating or anything derogatory. He is hurting a lot too, he wants to be with Purvi but he will hurt Ovi deeply, especially as she is consistently professing her love to him and even sacrificing her career. It was clearly not his intention to hurt either of the girls, he had no idea that the engagement was taking place...that is not something thta should be sprung on a 'couple' it should be their decision alone. His emotions were not so invested in love and marriage pre-Purvi...he just seem to be going through the motions with Ovi, as he was a workaholic.

I too , posted in ARjun's defense but no one responded, so I thought well either no one wanted to see things from his POV, which is sad really, as he is between a rock and a hard place...he will hurt Ovi deeply. He needs to take his time on this one

Thanks Celina...everyone is so angry with him that nobody is able to see the other side, I feel bad for him too. He is definitely bearing the brunt of everyones wrath (and it is quite vicious) He is definitely not having a picnic either contrary to popular belief. I dont think he has done an about face, fallen in love with Ovi and wants to e with her now or anything. The last dialogue with him was "Purvi I can't bear ur hatred...I wish I could make u believe how much I love u"

I am feeling sad for Purvi only because she is suffering a lot without any crime. I mean to say that she only loves Arjun and it is not her fault. Neither Arjun had a proper talk with Purvi nor with Ovi. He might have told Purvi to hold some patience till the situation becomes favorable.

Purvi is being punished for the reason for which we can't say her as guilt or criminal. Arjun has dragged her into this situation.

Engagement was surprise for Arjun, this is now known to everyone. But, attending Manav's party or having a dinner date with Ovi, dancing with Ovi etc are the clear indication from Arjun's part that he is more concerned with Ovi. (I wish he could make some silly excuses not dancing with Ovi in that party. Previously he has done enough!!!)

Now, naturally Ovi will ask a question if Arjun is not at all in love with Ovi, then why he has gone so far with her? Arjun's behaviour can be interpreted differently from different point of view. For Ovi, it is Arjun's love & affection towards Ovi. For Arjun, it is just a caring attitude towards his childhood friend Ovi and from Purvi's point of view, Arjun is happy with Ovi and least care about Purvi.
