Hi all,
I am sure like me, you all too love 'Na Bole...' because it's totally different! The story, characterization, execution, importance of every small details n every one to one relations... these are the essence of this wonderful serial. From day one, it was simple, straight forward, honest, fast paced with no melodrama (unlike any other popular serials on Indian TV scene). This is why, even we viewers held it close to heart, no matter what the TRP ratings said. We embraced it, enjoyed and celebrated passionately.
But nowadays, the CVs seem to be more interested in increasing TRP rather than being loyal to the original style. So, now we have this excessive Renuisms in every episode. From being a dim witted n jealous bhabhi, she has become a scheming, venom spewing jethani. Earliar, MIL, PIL and othres used to just ignore her words. Now they also seem to be affected by her shenanigans. And what happend to the vivacious Megha? She would never take such malicious words quietly (remember the first episode?). But now, she becomes toungue-tied every time Renu opens her mouth!š Her frustration, anger, mood swings are all vented out at poor Mohan! Is he her punch bag?š
I agree that, Rinkuji is a versatile actressš and has very good comic timing. As a viewer, I truly loved her hilarious attempts to match with Megha, be it getting ready for interviews (remember she said 'apne bachchon ke liye' and Sanjay was shell shocked! š ) , unyielding 'Kareenafying' (size zero) efforts, 'Mata Parvati' avatar and her over the top desi-flavoured 'ENGLEEZ' bits such as pleej, saari (pehan ne wala nahinš) n thanku, 'myself missej Renu Vyas' etc.šš¼
But as a loyal NBT fan, I don't want this heavy dose of jethani-devrani drama in this serial. Like Guru said in previous episode, hum (viewers n NBT) 'donon ka rishta jo bhi hai, jaisa bhi hai, bada pyara hai. Kuch our (TRP) paane ki chah mein ise kho dena badi moorkhata hogi.'
CVs, are you listening?

Thanks for putting it across so beautifully. Could not have said it any better. You gave it back to them in their own words.
