These moments of pain had to be that intense to see the end of an Arrogant Father who never budged an inch of his pride n alter ego!
Shiv and Sati (Adi Shakti) who by there souls where ONE but still got played n victimized by the avalanche,even Mahadev-Trikaal Darshi -only by uttering his name one would be freed of pain n birth couldn't change the fate's design..this was all an attempt to keep an example forth us that Ego,Arrogance and Dogged Humans are so not welcomed n entertained.

Coming to Mahadev and his Adi Shakti there Love is ETERNAL and such incidences onlly made their Love stronger ,deeper if it had to be like you said Mahadev would change into Human taking to his attachment.

really nice post, and may I add your writing is amazing, ek ek lafz chun-chun ke likha lagta hai, really suberb.

As for the point you raised, I fully agree with you, Mahadev-Shakti Love has been in existence long before the creation of the universe, even before the birth of Brahma and Vishnu, so its logical that Mahadev has deeper feelings for Sati then for the entire universe, so his reaction to her death is fully justified.

And as they said in the promo, "Jis Sansar ko Mahadev ne sab kuch diya, usi sansar ne unse unka sab kuch chheen liya" Truer words have never been spoken before I say

And even more painful is the fact that He knew this was going to happen all along, even before his marriage to her, he knew what lies in her fate, but still he could not do anything to alter or stop it eventhough he had the power to do so, but being a God it would have been wrong on his part to exploit his powers for personal gains. Although he did gave hints to sati, to stop her from going to the yagya but that was the only thing he could do, he could not force his will on her, Sati had her own choices to make.

Makes you wonder what's more tough, 'Living a Human Life' or 'Being a God'
