So I have never created a topic before but I hadn't felt impassioned really about creating anything until today.
After I watched today's episode I was completely outraged, angry and shocked at the elder Schindiyas behavior, especially Gayatri.
She has always been a sore spot for me and I pray to god I never get a mother in law like her, but today when Aarti was having her flip out and freaking out her only response to get her to be quiet is to tell her that she's in front of her father in law and she doesn't have the right to speak to him like that?
Aarti is angry, she is frustrated, and she is terrified. She is terrified that whoever it is that has her little boy the only light in her life is going to kill him. She heard her son cry out for her asking her to come get him and she reacted. Maybe she shouldn't have yelled at her father in law but I can't imagine how I would feel in a situation if my child was kidnapped and I felt that not only were the police ineffective but my "family" were just sitting around doing nothing.
What my true point is though is not the reaction of Aarti's father in law- Her mother in law and Bua Ji are a true piece of work. It is completely apparent that Gayatri and the Bua do not care at all that Ansh has been kidnapped after all Gayatri has made it clear that he's only her step grandson and not her blood so why should she care about him. What irritated me beyond belief is that Gayatri's true concern is her family's prestige and honor- its like she doesn't even realize that Aarti's behavior is because a direct reaction to her son being missing and his life being threatened. Gayatri isn't trying to see anything from a mother's perspective for her she just expects her daughter in law to keep her head down and not disagree with her.
For me that was just heart breaking to watch...
