After the recent hullabaloo that surfaced regarding veteran actor Annu Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, the former has vented his spleen yet again in an interview, Zee News reports. Speaking on his equation with Priyanka, the actor said, "I'm a character artist, just an actor – I'm not those stars. But Priyanka is a heroine. Ask her to shed her stardom off and face me in the territory of art – we'll talk then."

Annu Kapoor also believes that his '7 Khoon Maaf' co-star should be happy that he had thought about her while giving an interview. Says Kapoor, "Priyanka should be happy that a senior actor has spoken about her. I've spent more years struggling in this industry than is her age. She should be grateful that an artist and patriot has spoken about her – she should touch my feet."
