If it would have been in Manvi's control she would have never let Jeevika find out the truth about cancer and neither would have told her.. i think Manvi telling her Di about her cancer is partially due to the persistence of Vi-Vi Bros and mainly b'cos Jeevika does not wishes Mannu on her B'day and Manvi whose whole life is incomplete without her Di how could she bear that her own Di not wishing her on her very spl. day i this this would be the catalyst point which would make Mannu reveal the truth of cancer to her Di herself... plus from tomorrow till friday there would me a cold war btw Jeevi and Mannu.. Jeevi insisting on Mannu telling her and Mannu refusing would be too much for Mannu to take and at some point the dam breaks due to pressure i think all the pressure starting from tomorrow till friday would be the reason for Mannu telling the truth to Jeevi herself.. Which is good or else Jeevi would have targeted everyone if CV's forbid she would have known this from another source.. Jeevi is a loving person but when it comes to Mannu she can turn into wild cat to protect her sister.. That's for sure
