Tej bough NEW SUV

Tej bought a new SUV... he discussed it with Ved and didnt ask pashu about it and just brough the car. Pashu got upset..about it.. because they didnt ask him.. it is obvious if they would have he probabaly would have said no to car...

Knowing C-family so well, I do think that any money that comes in the house automatically belongs to all or none. For that reason, lottery money doesn't belong to just Tej.

Also,
1) Saree that Tej gifted to old man belonged to c-shop, not Tej.
2) If Ved didn't find out lottery number in newspaper, Tej would have never known about winning lottery ticket.

Even though I think c-parivar should have a big family vehicle but I really understood Pashu's point of view today. He was actually right in whatever he said to Tej today. For that matter, even Tej was right too. It's a tough situation. It all boils down to sticking to family principles or progressing with new age society.

but here is another question.. It is Tej's money.. He is old enough to take his or they family's decision.. Ved is no small kid.. They both thought about it and bought..

Who is over reacting in here.. Is it Pashu like always or TEJ...

Did he made a mistake by buying a new car for family...

As gyan said earlier he is tired of wearing Dirty old shoes, old cheap cloths...etc..

Why is pashu doing this.. He is cheap...but the rest of the family sufferes..

what about Pashu going and buying gold for his wife only? shouldn't he have brought similar jewellery for all three DILs of the family?

This family is so so strange. They are so impractical. They should focus on getting a new room and bed, along with separate bathrooms. All the sons will get married one day, they need to have enough space. DIL need privacy, so definitely separate bathrooms. And a maid for sure, before they go all out like this. Buying a car is a major decision. Since they all live together, there should be some discussion. Of course too many cooks spoil the broth! Tej is the middle son and is truly in the middle, he understands elders and youngsters, and is married so is more forward-looking than Pashu and Ved.

exactly but pitaji s house so maybe waiting for his approval for structural changes...
