I think we are all fretting over this a bit too much..it is a will which can get updated with time. So when (hopefully soon) ASR gets to put 2 +2 together about khushi, he will for sure alter his will to include her in it as well. Thus whatever Shyamo has, will be old and therefore null. yes??

what makes more sense is that maybe asr is not kidnapped by shyam!
