I think his first priority is money as he gets it then his focus would shift on Khushi, as per my view I think that money was always what he wanted and reason he was there in Raizada family Khushi toh came years and months after..

After watching today's episode I realised he want money more than Khushi.
I knew he married Anjali for money, but I then thought he might want Khushi more, when Arnav found about him loving Khushi. Bcus Shyam didn't care about Arnav knowing about it.
