Comibination of all of these things (Though she is not so quiet, once she opens up).

These things and many other qualities make Aarti - Aarti. And, Yash will fall for the entire personality that is Aarti.

After the marriage, we have never seen Aarthi's true self...we get to see that only in her scenes with Ansh and PayPal(at times)...once she opens up to the Scindhiya household and her true nature comes out, maybe Yash would fall for it...

Hi !!!!! I feel you just can't love someone just because of one quality. there are so many qualities in Arti which will compel Yash to fall in love with her. She is very caring, Arguementative. Actually , I feel those who freely put their opinion and May also argue to put themselves right are always the center of attraction. Also not to forget she is so slim trim and Bootiful😆 .
