How they presented Aaliya?

Aaliya was presented as a lonely girl who has no one and is an aspiring model or actress. She is in bars and parties. She has such a palatial house which even Bachchan and SRK achieved in mumbai after years of struggle.It a palace.

All these things point to something very distasteful. I just dont want to spell it out.
No respectable woman will be portrayed like this.

This can happen only in a fantasy world.

And she is in the middle of the road unconscious to top it all.

Is Ranveer ethically right in making a simple Aaliya from a respectable houselhold to go through this just to take revenge which is his personal thing? Throwing an innocent lamb in front of a tiger?

I know what you are hinting at, but Aaliya is acting as Mehreen, and she is going to places where she knows MP will be at but that doesn't mean she is no longer a respectable girl. She is just doing a job.

And your view is slightly incorrect as there are many young women in the world who achieve a lot in life and don't follow a disrespectful path. Women work hard to achieve a lot, and some are simply born into families who have wealth. So the show isn't showing Aaliya earned her wealth in a disrespectful way. It is portraying her as an independent girl, who has earned her wealth, and this is the impression they want to give to MP. And besides we know Ranveer has given her the house so I don't really understand why Aaliya's actions may seem distasteful..

Lastly I completely disagree with the last point you made. Ranveer isn't using Aaliya to get revenge on MP for personal reasons.. No disrespect but it seems like you've been watching a different show.. Ranveer is trying to get MP because MP ruins other people's lives, and he kills innocents. He is a terrorist who is against his own country. Ranveer is simply protecting his country, and he is being helped by Aaliya to do this. Of course Ranveer has had firsthand experience of how MP is, and this has made him even more determined to get MP, but not because he wants revenge but so that MP can't ruin the lives of others like he did Ranveer's. So therefore I think Ranveer is doing an honourable job as is Aaliya.

In advanced countries like USA, Mehreen will not be looked down upon. But in India, even in Mumbai where I am living, even highly educated people are very prejudiced and Aaliya is without any companion.
My Mumbai is full of independent women but they are careful about their images as well. A woman cant even buy a pack of cigarettes without being sneered at. Cant visit bars alone, even high class ones.
And druglords like MP are not as respectful towards women as MP is.
Even for the sake of a good cause, a woman cant be sacrificed like that.
If MP makes some enquiries with his power, the truth will be out in no time.

Models and actresses are not disrespected per se.If the model is quite well established, then she need not face the problems strugglers face.

to some extent i agree with this ... be it a personal revenge or country's sake ranveer has instigated aaliya's patriotism to succeed in his mission & made her agree to take that injection which is very risky , a girl can risk her life but not her izzat for anything ...she would have probably undergone molestation if mp didnt took care of her that night ,there are too many men in his house so anything might have happened ...& aaliya was not even scared when her clothes were changed 😆, does that mean aaliya was mentally prepared to undergo any sort of disgusting things that night 😕

only thing i can say is both ranveer & aaliya are having too much trust on MP 😆

But in the show it is not showing us that so we should base Aaliya's character on what we see not what happens in our reality. And it is quite clear that Aaliya has the support of Ranveer and whatever she is doing, she is doing it for her country..

Aaliya is being forced from day one. She is emotionally blackmailed in the name of the country. In every episode, we see how reluctant she is. She has to tell lies to her sister who loves her like a daughter.
